The place lacks a lot of cleaning. The bathrooms and bed sheets have stains and smell bad. Some rooms need maintenance because the walls are damaged and the mattresses are uncomfortable. If the place improves the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, it would be a wonderful option to stay next time.

The pool was in front of my room, some guests will go for a dip very late and will be very noisy too. They should tell people to not use the pool after certain hours.

We loved the hospitable people, always welcoming with a smile. The breakfast was different every day. They asked when u wanted it, and then they delivered it to your deck. It was always delicious 😋 the beds were comfy , the whole room was more than enough space. The pool and grounds are beautiful. Very quit , loved it.

Literally the best. As a digital nomad, I was able to find space to work easily. You get breakfast and they do laundry! There is also a pool! Location is close to everything too. Best spot hands down in Ubud.

Such a lovely little place, breakfast served on the terrace and the banana pancakes were fantastic. The room was clean, tidy and the AC is powerful making the room super cold, perfect for when u get back from a busy day in ubud. The bed was massive and as a solo traveller was even better !! All the staff are very helpful and friendly. I tried to rebook back in but they were full for the dates I needed. I would most definitely stay here again if I come back to ubud.

Everything and everybody were wonderful! Super breakfast, room spacious, clean and quiet, dark blue pool surrounded by lush vegetation= a simple dream! The family and the staff were so friendly: when you live= you are a little sad.

The bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned (could see some “stuff” on the toilet bowl).

The location was great, on a quieter street just off one of the main streets. There were a number of warungs (eateries) to grab a bite and scooters available for rent on that street itself. There was a pool though I didn’t use it. The staff were friendly and the room was generally comfy and clean. Breakfast was served directly at the room and was tasty!

Coffee at breakfast

Location was close to central Ubud but also quiet and away from the noise. The pool area was very peaceful and surrounded by nature. Breakfast brought to the balcony each morning.

Just to say something, I would like to have a fridge and kettle to have coffee or tea in the afternoon.

The room was super cute and clean. The beds were amazing!! Had the best sleep. Our room was just in front of the pool, and is at the back of a Balinese house. So every morning we had breakfast looking at the pool and the jungle. Was super relaxing! The staff members were super nice. And the breakfast delicious!!

Kuaya homestay was amazing! Everything was great, especially ambient and the atmospehere. Staff were also very polite and friendly, even offered to take our stuff for the laundry washing. They made our beds every day, and breakfast in the morning which is included in the price. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and comfortable with good a/c. The pool is small but very nice and kept clean. It was very quiet when we arrived and there was no one around so we were a bit confused. Eventually we found the man that worked there and he showed us to our room.
