Peaceful, Easy Access, Close to reasonable priced Spa, Shope, Food outlets. Paid buffet breakfast was a perk at Haven if you like the Buffet type breakfast.. Staff was super helpful, helped us well in all our request. We'll come again.

Pool umbrellas are tired - would have preferred ground floor room - or first floor - stairs are tiring when you’ve climbed them for the fourth time for the day 😊very minor complaint

The property is generally tired and not adequately furbished. There is no intercom in the rooms, no hand towel holder in the bathrooms and no clean hot water kettles available. Cupboard hinges were very noisy and badly needed oiling. Bathrooms need a full refurbishing. Our commode was loose and shower would puddle up quickly (water not draining fast enough). Staff need more training on basic tidying skills like providing adequate number of towels and blankets per number of guests in the room.

Location is excellent. The rooms are very big and spacious. We had the pool view room and the view from our balcony was amazing specially in the morning. Beds were very comfortable with good mattresses and clean bedding. The pool is quite nice, clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and polite.

The villa is tucked away from the main noisy road. But yet close to everything you needed. The rooms are spacious and clean. Good for family.

Limited food and drink options, we would have loved to have been able to support the resort a little more in this way.

The location is perfect: close enough to busy streets and eateries while being quiet and secluded. Pool and grounds very well maintained. Though the room could do with an update, it was clean, comfortable and serviced daily.

Bathroom did not have bucket facility only shower which was manageable. Also there was a common key for locking the door as well as using it to insert in the key section from where light switches on. Small lizard was there in the room too. Pool had some amount of chlorine that it could be felt on skin and swim clothes.

Doors don't really have any kind of isolation, so in the morning birds could get loud, but that's pretty common in Bali.

Not totally dislike but I find some of the room facilities and the ambiance a bit old, like the bathtub can be upgraded to newer one.

Location is great. I like how the room itself is so huge and so spacious, even the bathroom. You get to have refill of bottled waters everyday. Housekeeping is great as well.

Arrived to find lots of ants in the bed because a snack had been left behind the bed. This was quickly resolved by the staff.
