I thought I could book a babysitter but had to use a different resort. Not a big deal, but a little frustrating. The food is alright, but there are higher quality restaurants nearby. The fresh juices were tasty!

Great location! Easy beach access and close to restaurants and groceries. The beach was beautiful and so we’re the sunsets. The gardens at the resort are well maintained. The private rooms with a private pool are nice and relaxing. Staff was super friendly too.

Our room & bathroom were not cleaned every day, the decks surrounding the pool need maintenance or replacing.

The location was great, the pool was great. The breakfast was fine. The rooms were quite roomy & clean the bathroom was also roomy & clean.

Resort is a little tired in places and during our stay we noticed multiple people inspecting the facilities etc and were told a new manager appointed so hopefully it sees some love. Some of the decking required work as did the pool where a few tiles missing, but this didn't affect our stay in any way. The same breakfast every day gets boring (small-limited buffet) , and a little limited but there's a limited crowd to utilise so I understand, however the chef/cooks can make almost any egg type dish if you ask. If rotated every second day to something different?

Stayed in a private 1 bedroom villa. Very private & generally quiet Fantastic layout of room with one step from pool to shower. Reasonably large private area with a Good size private pool, adjoined living room with immediate access to pool & deck Very comfy Bedding with insect net (not required) Aircon satisfactory and a little noisy Mini Bar fridge. Great size main pool (SHARED) EXCELLENT LOCATION on the beach and main road. Food was reasonable and plenty of options close by also!

The restaurant needs to improve the quality of food served and breakfast menu.

Easy access to beach and local restaurants. Lovely villa. Staff wonderful.

Staff were not great. One was rude. Servicing of the room was sometimes not great. Breakfast was very average.

There clearly used to be a sliding door in front of the area in my room that has the safe, fridge, and kettle, but it had been removed and the light was permanently on as it’s activated by a lever which would only be switched off if the door was closed - I had to improvise and stand on a chair to tie a hair band around the lever to get the light to switch off. The room door only locked from the inside but not from the outside (there is a gate that locks). Only the treadmill was working in the gym - not the cross trainer or bike.

Great location right on the beach and only a few mins drive from the Sanur ferry. Comfortable room, great shower. Lovely private pool with room. Reception staff very helpful. Hotel provided driver to collect us from ferry location and to take us back there. Excellent wifi - I was working from there and had no issues with connectivity.

The only downside was the breakfast buffet. Nothing was covered & flies were everywhere on the food! But it is quite good for an island, the barista made coffee was perfect, overall wasn't the worst. They just need to cover the bread & fruit.

Everything! Location was perfect, the grounds are so lovely & well maintained, staff are very friendly & attentive. Loved this place so much, definitely will stay again. The private pool was wonderful & actually is private, unlike other places we've stayed at. The flooring around the pool was a bit weathered & lifted in parts but that's probably a sun damage issue, didn't really bother us much though.

The mattress was not the most comfortable for someone with back issues. Softer mattresses or additional padding would go a long way. I was told I could not use the hotel shuttle service because another family had already reserved it, even though there were available seats on the shuttle and I was traveling in the same direction (I needed a drop off nearby).

A beautiful property, a private pool inside my villa, a wonderfully thoughtful birthday set-up, helpful staff, and easy to get to from the ferry.

Being told i couldn’t have a beach towel at 840am and had to wait until 9am for one. No beach towels in the villa which has a private pool. No water dispensers available outside of breakfast and snack time meant had to buy plastic bottled water at 30k a bottle considering the price per night and the environment is wrong. Having to pay as we go and no facility to charge items to the room is irritating.

Some renovations are needed and it seemed short staffed but then it was high season after years of Covid. The staff in the restaurant need some training to improve customer service.

Good central location. It was wonderful having truly private pool. The room was also lovely. Great bathroom too!

Dining menu very average ...ate out all the time.. not enough loungers ...generally seems to need a makeover..minor things but room bell didn't work ...safe was broken ..
