No lift, 2 or 3 floors to go up and down when I had a problem with a knee was not ideal. The swimming pool was small and in shadow (in the morning). Charging extra for the the card payment. Not real doors but glass windows. Not easy to find.

Fridge in the room, got water as much as need, staff very helpful and friendly, big bed. Quiet area.

I would stay here again so mainly suggestions to make it great. One of the things that would have become an issue for me if I stayed longer, is that the bed and pillows in the room I stayed in are due for replacement. The bed I had was worn down and hard on side but as I was solo, I slept on the other side so was manageable for me. In the bathroom, there is a tiny (maybe 10cm) dip that I can see as a potential risk if you didnt see it so maybe a sign at eye level on the wall that said "Please mind your step" would stop any risk of people from accidentally twisting the ankle down or to be aware to not trip going up. It wasnt an issue for me but for future travellers reading reviews, If you are needing blackout curtains when you sleep I wouldnt suggest this for you. It was dark enough for me as they do have the mesh curtain and the full curtain so Im probably making a bigger deal than it is but its not blackout.

Super friendly staff. Always helpful and helped carry my bags up the stairs as I was located on the second level. Plunge pool was fine for a quick cool off after a day out. Room was very clean. It is bare basics so dont expect bells and whistles but did have a safe and mini fridge. It was enough for me as a solo traveller. Location. Located on the "quieter side" of Seminyak. You will still hear noise as its the nature of the area but I had no issues sleeping. Super close to relaxation places. I went to Terapung Float Club and Breze. I also went Sugabomb for my brows and wish I had found it earlier and would have done my nails there too. Also quality cafes and warungs nearby which I also tried. Lots of tattoo places if youre inclined. Laundry located opposite also which I used. I was able to store my luggage after checkout.

I'm a solo traveler and booked room 101 at the ground floor with pool access, upgraded my stay and it was a good decision. Room was decent in terms of space, was able to find some spot for my luggage. Cabinets and drawers are clean, and able to use them. Aircon is super cold, the fridge is freezing my drinks too, which is a good thing in a warm sunny Bali. Restroom was spacious.. good hot water. Room was spotless! Housekeeping cleans everyday and was also very efficient! Bed was comfy, pillows are just okay not the fluffiest, they did give me extra pillows as I requested. Location was close to Harris and can definitely walk to nearby cafes/restos and also to the beach. It is a in a more secluded area so not the busiest. The dogs though kept barking at night which can be a bit noisy but didn't bother me much. The place still calmed me well. Get the ground floor rooms, for solo people opt for the corner one, you can enjoy some takeout meal and coffee on your chair facing the pool and enjoying nature and the aound of water drops. Place is safe, I was in and out of the place at night and coming back 3 or 4am, it is a gated complex. This place feels homey, simple villa that is calm. Other guests are also very chill and quiet. Thanks Pak Agus and the house staff who were very warm and welcoming, gave me early check-in too! :)

Lovely property at a perfect location. Staffs were wonderful. House keeping was good. They let us keep our luggages until we came back from Ubud. Everything went good and we felt like home.

The kitchen was not as tidy as I’d have liked but it wasn’t a big problem cause we didn’t really plan on cooking.

It’s located very close to the beaches and shops. All within walking distance. Very convenient. Staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Agus is an excellent host. He tries his best to accommodate the needs of the guests. Would recommend this place to everyone I know. It’s also a great value for money.

While there was hot water in the shower, it took quite long to come out after turning on the tap. The shower head mount was also a little bit high so showering was a little awkward. Nonetheless, these are small issues that can be overlooked.

Lotus Tirta is located in a very convenient location and very affordable. The staff were very friendly and tried their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with room cleaning every day. If you are travelling on a budget, this hotel is really the way to go!

The phone in our room wasn't working. Luckily we were very close to the reception so we didn't really need to use the phone. We can easily walk over to the reception if we have any requests.

The staff were very nice. They helped us get our laundry done and always happy to obliged with our small requests. Even arranged for us to have our breakfast by the poolside which was very nice. The location was also very good. Just a short walk to the beach, shops & restaurants.

Curtains that cover sliding doors were a little dirty.

Staff very welcoming and talkative. Rooms cleaned and water replaced daily. Poolside is nice size to relax. Less than 10 minutes walk from the beach. In the middle of two main streets with plenty of options for beer, coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
