Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaNoise - There was a running water noise from the pool which was strange. (above our room on level 5) The rooms are not very sound proof - the cleaners are very noisy when in the next room. There is no phone to call reception, you use the app - I tried to use it when my room service was late but didn't get much response. The reception gave me a whatsapp number to use instead.
Location right on the beach road - Walking distance to most amenities. The staff were excellent - not one off day for any of them, always smiling, can not praise them enough. Breakfast was $10 aud which was very cheap for the selection and quality. The mamaka app allows you to order anything to your room including room cleaning - you get a notification to say when complete.

FranceEverything. The staff is so sweet and welcoming. They offered us cocktails which were delicious and very original, they also offered us a bag of goodies. The laundry room was free to use and very clean. The gym was opened 24/7 and they had a huge JBL party box. The design and decoration all over the hotel were so cool. The beach was gorgeous and right in front of the hotel. The area was nice. The food we ordered from the room service was so good. Everything was perfect.
