Noisy at room. Not comfortable pillows. Frog and big spider was found in the room. Stuff is friendly, but sometimes doesn’t react for your requests- just forgot to come and pick up our luggage, for example. All is built so that they will see you first and last time - suck maximum amount of money and quality of service doesn’t matter. It’s a pity. You will catch a lot of good emotions for significant amount of your money, but you’ll never wish to visit it again.

Nice view from the balcony to field with animals. As idea - is perfect. Very nice territory with lots of activities around wild nature with animals.

The property was stunning with the balcony overlooking the zebras, rhinos and wildebeest. The room had some veg in that was for guests to feed the animals from the balcony. Used the infinity pool too which was surreal as you were swimming surrrounded by these aninals. Did breakfast with the lions, night safari, safari. Researched this place online before we booked and everything was exactly how it looked on the videos we watched. Highly recomend. Would return without hesitation.

The pool at the hotel itself needs some renovation.

The food at Lion Restaurant was delicious. Whatever we ordered was very yummy. The staff was also friendly and polite. But the biggest treasure of this hotel was the animals. Waking up in the morning and watching the giraffe in your window was incredible.

Our room was huge with the most amazing view over the pool with zebras and rhinos roaming nearby. All the animals seemed well cared for and the experiences available were incredible! We made so many special memories as a family

The heater is quite confusing.

The staff is so friendly. The breakfast is buffet and all the desserts are so cute. Every morning, you get the chance to breakfast while watching lion and tigers roaming around. There are also another animals but everyone is eyeing for tigers and lion. While wake up from the Swala room, please enjoy your view with zebra and rhino walking around. A small basket of carrot will be provided in our room everyday to feed them. This is such an amazinf experience for me. Even you are surrounded with animals, fret not the place is so clean and the atmosphere is fresh not stink. I enjoyed my stay here with my small family. It was fantastic.

There were too many lizards in the room (which is okay as it’s a jungle) but we were very scared. They changed the room and the other one was better. Some members of the concierge staff is not at all helpful.

The concept of seeing animals from balcony is what got me excited at another level. The experience is different level. They have safari too to see the wild animals and they had a fire folk dance which was pretty amazing. Not to mention the highlight is the restaurant where you’re eating while watching Lion with just a glass in between. They also offer breakfast with Giraffe which we couldn’t do as they have limited slots so better to book in advance

There could have been more animals in d savannah. As the area is quite large. And also too many in house purchases needed. It should be like an all inclusive ticket.

What I didn't like doesn't relate directly to the hotel. But the photographer and the worker feeding the giraffe were very rude and arrogant.

A very cool house: stylish, made of natural materials in the spirit of a safari. For guests, the price includes a photo session with animals, a fire dance show and many other amenities.

As a place for families and kids, I think the hotel lobby should have a water dispenser for guest ( they say to take care of environment by re using towel, but remove plastic should be the first step!) places like Singapore zoo also have multiple water dispenser everywhere. Or many hotels stop giving plastic bottle just a dispenser at lobby

Everything was as you could see on website. The animals look healthy and there is no unpleasant smell or anything. Just clean and great.

Price was abit steep, but looking at the grounds of the resort and the maintenance required, I can see why it demanded the high price point.

Wonderful 2 night stay for our young family with kids aged 4, 7 and 9. Loved the walking proximity to the zoo with plenty to explore and which included a small water park. Great getaway from the usual Balinese villas and resorts. Breakfast with the lions was also a highlight, with a good spread. Highly recommended for those with young kids.

The safari should have a water filter for guests instead of expecting guests to purchase small bottles of mineral water. Quality of food could be better. The giraffes can't really come to the balcony of the lodge, despite the carrots in the room.

Love getting up close to the animals. All look well cared for. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately not a lot of shows that were free and a few things we wanted to see were under construction but still plenty to do
