Bad keys, we often could not open our room using given keys. We had to go down to change our keys. Toilet set could not be left lifted, it always fell down on the closet. The shower head holder was too loose so it could not hold the shower head in position we liked.

Aircon had no controls in the room and it wasn't cool most of the time , in fact got too warm . We moved rooms during the stay and it was the same in each room .

The hotel is pretty aged and it can be seen in many parts of the hotel though the floor i stayed looks to be refurbished recently. The water pressure was really weak in my room on the 14th floor. Breakfast was super crowded with no tables available on the second day of my stay. Great to see the hotel on high occupancy though. On my final day, i went for breakfast at 9.15am and by 9.45am, they were clearing the buffet without informing me of the last call. 😔😔😔 Swimming pool closes at 5pm. Didn't have time to enjoy a swim due to arriving back from work, after 5pm. Nothing much to explore and eat around the hotel and the nearest convenience store was about 5 mins away which is good.

The bed and bathroom are not clean enough, I smelled the baby powder on the sheet, meaning it hasn't changed. The bathroom had a stinky smell and some food leftover was put in the corridor for two straight days (asked housekeeping to get rid of it but no follow-up). The hotel didn't have proper soundproofing as we can still hear some noisy music from the neighborhood. Complained to the hotel staff but they didn't take it seriously. I'm Indonesian and I didn't mean to say bad about my country but really, why there's always annoying loudspeakers everywhere?

Easy to find, nice Lobby, good Christmas Decoration, complete Facilities, smooth elevator, close to the city center, great breakfast, clean swimming pool, and we can easily find a parking spot.

Upon check in got a room that was in process of renovation with workers execution all kinds of jobs. When they realised the mistake I got another room on a different floor. However during the night water started leaking from the ceiling and floor got all wet and slippery. If that's not enough, the bill wasn't paid whilst they said it was and when I made an online payment right away to settle the bill and I asked them to confirm teceipt they said that I had to wait until 1600 hrs on that they as their accounting department would only check at that time. So, when 1600 hrs came they still couldn't confirm and had to wait for another 50 minutes before they had checked and confirmed the payment. The front office staff was very friendly, but their management system is screwed up. I won't stay there another time.
