Construction going on next door to us was a little bit noisy during the day and into the early evening, but it didn't really inconvenience us too much. We had some issues with TV connecting to wifi but staff sorted it for us. Didn't really fancy the breakfast in the restaurant but there was so much choice nearby that it wasn't an issue.

Great pool area, close to beach and restaurants, good value for money. Our bed was very comfortable and the room had very good air conditioning. Location was perfect for what we wanted - a nice, quiet holiday in a not too busy area.

A breathtaking experience in Mercure. The location is absolutely top notch. They have a private beach area. Although the beach is not good for swimming, but you can relax and soak the sun in plenty. The resort is so big that we couldn't see all it's parts. There are two pools which are well maintained. Although we couldn't find the showers in Sahadewa pool so couldn't dip. I dint have breakfast so can't comment on that The staff is absolutely lovely. They greet you with genuine smile everytime. They epitomize Bali people in general. Will surely visit again when I need a hotel in South Bali.

The vendors on the beach walk are extremely pushy. I had multiple people wish a curse upon me for not wanting to buy a T-shirt.

The ‘sacred’ cow which they keep on the property and do not provide with any water. We spoke to staff members 4 times asking that someone provide the cow with water but, it never happened. Cows require up to 20 litres of water per day. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. For this reason, I will never stay at this property again and will go out of my way to spread the word.

Start from arriving, they have a lot of rooms there and still have to wait till 2pm check in time and still not giving room next to your friends, welcome drink you have only on request, you will not have it if you not asked for it, swimming pool water temperature is higher than air temperature so no point to go in to it :)

The only thing I do like is location, quiet place, except for renovating villas making building noise :) near the beach (just don't go in to the water) nice restaurants and massage saloons :)

Not enough lighting on the pathways in the resort at night. the water in the large pool was extremely hot.

Seafood buffet, fish and crab tasted stale. Wife had prawns in the restaurant and said the same thing. Rest was great.

I found the pool too warm! I understand other people want it warm but I just wanted to cool off. It was like a bath!

We loved the view from the pool and the places to eat by the beach. That was our reason for booking Mercure. I used the spa and had a beautiful facial! Our son loved the pool and the water jet as a sensory experience, so thank you.
