WiFi was not strong in room when in bed, needs to be stronger. Wifi OK when outside.

The only critique I have is the strange lack of basic practical things in the room. There was no bedside lamps and there was only one rail to hang towels or anything. Very odd.

Lovely grounds and friendly staff. I was there at a very quiet time and practically had the place to myself. As an Australian visiting the area for the purpose of diving at Krakatoa and trecking in Ujong Kulong, this place was perfect. The room was lovely and the food was great. The pool was very clean and I swam in the beach a few times. The beach is nothing spectacular but was good for me just to have a splash about as it’s clean and protected from currents.

The bed made me itchy. The glass and tray in the common toilet was not clean. The dish rack should be changed to new ones.

We couldnt play at the beach. Too steep and the sand was too coarse but the sea view was still nice. The food was not very good and the service took too long. I messaged for additional towels and no response was made. The swimming pool looked quite old. Plus there were many people not showerimg first so there were sand in the pool making it look not too clean.

The cottage was very nice and clean. It was equipped with enough utensils. I really love the cottage because it was very cozy, spacious, and clean. It was also walking distance to the swimming pool, playground, and the beach. The playground looked very cute.

Feeling comfortable to stay at villa, complete facilities, kids friendly, have mini zoo, nice pool, live music in the evening, overall the best ever i have stayed at Carita area

The rooms are clean but the room service plates were not picked up until we asked the staff to do so. Even when we ordered again, the staff bringing in the food ignored the plates from previous order.

I like that it is a beachfront with private beach cottage. All facilities are available and family friendly. The room service menu price affordable.

The bathroom sink was not covered and looked dirty. There should be a door / curtain to prevent mosquitos and sound from the hallway. The restaurant has bad service ( always had to go myself to order) the desert ( 25 min lava cake) came before the lunch ( nasi goreng?) The breakfast was 1,5 hour before end a mess and not nice looking at all. The food in the restaurant is quite average don't order "international". The sea is ok, but no beach front for swimming. Most people just use the pool so a bit disappointed to be at the sea.

- The restaurant. It's too old and can be super crowded during weekend. Little food option for breakfast and some area were not clean enough with flies around the food. - Cooking utilities in villa can be upgraded

I stay in two bedrooms villa. I love the villa and facilities inside. The design is very neat and clean with open space. Love it!

Not a good set up for couples, or those without their own transport. Tours were expensive. Large site and despite the price of the room there were addittional hourly charges for bikes.

The Living Room of the cottages are not having AC which is a major drawback and the ceiling fans were running very slowly. Also, the kitchen was full of Red Ants.

The location and the in-house activities are enough to enjoy the trip.

The restaurant has a bit dull offer, does need a full makeover in what they offer, the meny and quality of the food. The personal was very friendly, though.

Very friendly hotel, high standard on rooms (we use the hotel facilities, not the cottages). Not really a beach, but nice for swimming both in the sea and the pool.

There was limited variety in the food menu, especially for vegetarians. Limited drink menu. Loud mosque noises at night.

Views were great. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Beautiful pool.

there is nothing that i could remember that it didnt satisfy all family most important kids had the best time.

compared with other 3 stars hotels i would put 5 for this hotel i liked the view ang all surrounding haven on earth staff very friendly very clean place wifi is excellent we had no complain kids had the best time . big thanks to manegment i will definitely come to this place again and again

A bit run down and short staffed. I lizard pooped on our bed and we reported it, but sheets were not not changed when the room was cleaned despite us reporting the poop on the bed!! We had to call and complain again before the bed sheets were changed!
