Overpriced for the quality provided. Old towels, old duvets… No waiting lounge with fans nor ACs. No Grab/Gojek available so you only have to eat from the restaurant where the price is commensurate to the food served.

Easy access to beach. Room was decent sized. The staff from the restaurant, the housekeeping person, receptionists, kids club were all very attentive and extremely helpful.

Didn't like the beach. Too much rocks and sand color was kinda black. The facilities at the beach was not maintained properly.

The resort was okay, but the spa was special. Tasty asian breakfast. Comfy beds. Great view of the sea from the room.

The bathroom either inside the room or outside on the first floor really stinks🤢 The service at the restaurant too slow and at the reception isn’t provided with solution🤦🏻‍♀️ Too many kids too much headache!

The bathroom was not so clean and the food was not good.

The hotel is very beautiful and you can see the sunset from the beach or the roof top from the hotel is really stunning. The garden and the swimming pool are very good maintained.

There is a kind of bug or ant bite my wife while she was sleeping on bed. Her skin are burnt due to the bite. The view is superb, but maybe the bug coming from outside and stay in our bed.

I like the breakfast because the staff actively offering us some new food. The most important is they are offering us to take picture of us.

The location is far from the city center, so there's nothing like supermarkets, malls, or popular restaurants nearby.

It's a relatively new hotel in anyer and the building is well-maintaned. What I love about novus jiva is their friendly and responsive staff, so don't be shy to ask them for help. I got a free upgraded room to ocean view on the 5th floor, and the view was mesmerizing. I can say that this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in, and I would love to visit novus jiva in the future.

The beach side cafe didn't serve hot drinks. And there was no pool side restaurant/cafe at the hotel.

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet of both international and Indonesian foods.

NoVis Jiva is set in a stunning location (directly opposite Krakatoa) and is a beautiful hotel with spacious areas. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had and the food in general was superb.

Just a minor one. I tried using the ground floor toilet near the conference rooms, there was a big six legged insect blocking attached to the cubicle door. The other cubicles were not yet cleaned.

The view from our room is fantastic. The sunset is a worthwhile and praise worthy view.

The white sand in the barefoot Beach was decrease..please add more the white sand..this is the 4th time stay and I know about the white sand since I came in the beginning than the last came yesterday..

the location is a bit deep hence it is difficult to find some food. unless you travel to the city which takes around 20-30mins drive.

the hotel is new and well maintained. the building design is very stylish. the view surrounding the hotel is relaxing.

no restaurant surrounding the hotel (need car) it is difficult to find the place to eat only in the hotel. restaurant’s food is quite nice but want to more choice.

The door and floor are not soundproof. When the housekepping make the up room on room above u (i was in 3rd floor),u can hear almost everything they do and it is very disturbing! The door cannot be closed smootly that everybody seems to slam it and u can hear them when they do that ! Gosh!

The size of the room,the ambience, the view, the food,the spa is a must for u to do there. Ask for Balinese massage. The friendliness of the staff, the private beach they provide for us is also great !
