IndiaThe restaurant and utensils had an bad oder, the kind of which you get if you don't wash a utensil properly after eating an egg in it or if you wash meat in the kitchen sink and dont clean up properly. I found the smell on 2 days after which I didn't go down to the restaurant for breakfast. We had taken 2 rooms 313 and 314 and the shower was a bit leaky in one room as there was water dripping from the AC, however this happens many a time in the best of 5 star hotels and we didn't ask for a change of rooms.
Price and location were very good. Food from room service was quite reasonably priced and tasty. Room size was good for the price. AC was very effective. Staff were very polite and friendly.

SingaporeOne thing that was disappointing was the shower 🚿 water pressure was poor, water was not hot and the shower head seemed very old. Also flushing system on the WC isn't strong. Even though I brought this up to staff attention it was not resolved. Also the bed mattress isn't very comfortable for us. Small issues but if these had been fine it would be a perfect stay for us.
For the price we paid this is a really good deal and we received an upgrade to a bigger room. In terms of facilities it is fairly standard but I liked that the room was huge and there was a mini fridge. . Apart from that all is good and we had a pleasant stay. Staff are friendly and good service.

Nice pool area. Room was nice. Staff were helpful. Located on a busy street but couldn’t hear the traffic noise from the room. Convenience store over the road and lots of restaurants within walking distance.

AustraliaThere are a few things that are getting tired about the rooms, leaking plumbing and air con this time. They're fast to fix any issues though, so all is not bad. I think they may have a renovation coming up to fix the problems
I've been a regular at the Ohana for at least ten years, so the staff know me, and that's always nice. They're all very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, bed comfortable, and hot water always there. Aircon is super efficient, wifi fast and reliable, and the location is great, just a 5 minute walk from Bemo Corner.

IndonesiaSome guests made too much noise in the entrance to the hotel. This often occurred too early in the morning. The swimming pool was "closed" at 8pm. (I don't care at all about Petitenget Beach, but for the record, it is nowhere near this hotel.)
In each case that service or help was needed, the response was prompt and efficient. The architecture and layout of the hotel were pleasant.

IrelandWe stayed 3 weeks and the bathroom was not cleaned properly once. Even though they come to tidy the room everyday they don’t wash the sink and shower glass. Lots of limescale as a result. They only make the bed, clean the floor and change the towels. Under the bed and lampshades full of dust since we arrived. I would prefer if they cleaned every 3 days but did a proper clean, especially for guests staying longer. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay.
Room size was good. Cool room even when air conditioner was off. Location was also good. Staff were very pleasant. The room was tidied everyday and towels changed.

MalaysiaThe breakfast buffet were just simple, but we did not have high expectations anyway. We preferred buying breakfast from the morning market which is only a walking distance from our hotel. Also an opportunity for us to explore the morning market at Bali, so lively.
Loved the view from the balcony, our room were given free upgrade, we loved it. The staffs were very kind and they attended to us whenever needed. The location is soo close to Kuta and Legian beach, very easily accessible. And many shops and stalls nearby to eat, all within walking distance. They even have marts for us to get our mineral waters and other stuffs. Overall loved it. The had room service for us throughout our stay and our things were exactly how we left it, nothing went missing or stolen. Pleasant stay.
