The room was clean, there was AC and hot water. You can use microwave and other things in the kitchen. The breakfast was really good. The staff was soo nice. They helped with everything without any negativity. You could hear the morning prayer but it was not too loud. You wake up and fall back asleep. There was even a small pool which we didnt have time to use. We also rented a scooter for a really good price. The best stay. I would definitlly come back again.

Cons: as listed in previous reviews, it is right next to mosque, the prayers are 5 times a day and start around 445am. You will hear it very loudly. Keep in mind jogja is a Muslim community so there are mosques everywhere doing the same prayers.

Pros: free breakfast, so kind and thoughtful for them to prepare this daily for guests! Cold aircon, comfortable bed, fridge and kitchen area in room as well as cooking area in common area, tea, coffee and sugar provided in room, clean bathroom, STAFF!! Such nice and welcoming staff, everyone was so kind, they make you feel at home.

I would had given it a 10, but the downside is the mosque. For my it was okay as I fall back asleep directly after, but if you’re a difficult sleeper it could be a problem

Had a great stay. Nice big room with everything you need. Good breakfast. Pool was perfect to cool down after a warm day. Good location. And the best staff, everybody were so kind and helpful. If I go back I would definitely stay there again

If the mosque wasn’t so super loud, it would’ve gotten a 10 from me.

The staff is very nice and helpful! The room is so spacious, great to have a little kitchen in it with a fridge, good bathroom, and enough water to get at the main kitchen of each floor. Breakfast was great too, the staff even cooked more of a certain dish when we asked for it. When leaving, we even got a little gift!

Everything was superb. Ocid (I think he's the owner) took us on his motorbikes to a private tour in Green Canyon and Valley. He's quite talkative so he explained us so much things not only about Indonesia. The breakfast was tasty. We decided stayed there one more night than we planned it.

I like everything, omg omah manis is the best hotel i stay for my whole trip of east java. The staff, the breakfast the ambience. While i check out they even give me a souvenir i was like whatttt? At 5 am the prayers woke us up every day, very loudly. Also the blinds don't stop the light from coming in, and the sun was up very early (october)

Very friendly staff, they helped us book taxis, leave baggage there on the last day until we went off to the airport. Good breakfast and good rooms overall. The pool area is also nice for a break.

This hotel is exceptional, it offers almost every single thing a traveler might need. It is spotlessly clean; the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. The size of the room was very decent and I was happy to have a small built in kitchen too. The highlight for me was really refreshing pool and diverse and tasty Indonesian breakfast

Tiny bathroom but hv all the necessary amenities

A littletiny hotel but with a very, very complete amenities just like a 5 star & more: there is even a pantry kitchen available, bigger fridge, etc. The Breakfast also was very complete: fruit juice, milk, coffee, tea, cereal, bread , main course, snacks..& taste good. It's a surprise to find a small affordable hotel but have such service such as a 5 star

Although breakfast had many options, I didn't find them specially savory. It is located right next to a mosque, so expect very loud noise at 4-5am that will for sure wake you up. I am aware owners can't do anything about it, but being waken up every night is very annoying.

Owners and staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was included, and had a large variety of options, from sweet to salty. Room was very decent, bed comfortable, and it was overall clean.

Some of the kitchen utilities need to be washed before we use them. Hard to operate the TV channel by ourselves, we need to call the staffs to help us to find the channel.

What a nice place to stay, the location is near from the center of yogyakarta, the staffs are friendly and very helpful, kids friendly, tasteful breakfast, comfort room and facilities. I recommend Omah Manis for your family vacation.

The location is close to a busy street, but not that close to the city centre. The thing that gave us a bit of a headache, was the WiFi in our room. It didn’t work, and so we had to stand in the hallway to do our research etc. The mosque is also right in front of the hotel, so prepare to wake up around 04:30. We got used to it after 2 nights tho, not the worst.

The friendliest staff! They did everything to help us and make our stay easy. This was so helpful and nice! We really liked staying here and were happy we chose this place. Nice pool, clean rooms, good AC. They cleaned our room every day and kept everything in perfect order! Beds were comfy.
