I cannot give an exceptional as the standards are below the European average in terms of cleanliness of the bathroom and the standard of the equipment in the room. Use should expect something like this when coming to this part of the world, nothing major. The breakfast was the same every morning. The warehouse next door was be noisy.

This place is a lush oasis in Kuta very close to the airport. Perfect first stop for a family arriving in Bali. The rooms are a good size, comfy bed, AC, fridge, kettle, etc. We spent 5 nights here and explored the touristy areas of the island as a start (Kuta beach, Jimbaran beach, Uluwatu, GWK). The swimming pool is great, half in the shadows so it can be used all day long. Free water fountain with hot and cold drinking water. The washing machine which is available for free was also great. There is a shop close to the hotel and Grab also delivered great food. We came back here for one more night before flying back home at the end of our trip.

I don't remember anything like that.

A hotel off the beaten path, in a relatively peaceful and quiet area, yet relatively close to the airport. Offers basic services and comfort. The room is pleasant, offers a good amount of space, efficient air conditioning and a comfortable bed and bathroom. The hotel has a very nice swimming pool and garden.

In the morning, I had three cockroaches in the bathroom. I booked this place to be close to the airport and I got there really quickly, but I didn't enjoy the neighborhood that much. It was okay for one night.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast was anticlimactic/disappointing. The kitchen where the breakfast is made did not provide great comfort in terms of hygiene.

I loved the big pool, the big bed, and the way the place was designed in general. It's a bit hidden in some alleyway behind the main roads of Kuta, but that's actually a good thing.

Being moved on to the third floor at first but then they found me a better room on the ground floor finally thanks

The staff were very friendly the accommodation is good except the fridge did not work the first night we were there but then the staff quickly replaced it with a good one and they always listen to your complaint.

Our room backed onto a lane way and was a little noisy at night due to motorbikes. Breakfast was pretty average and breakfast area could be improved. It was raining so it reduced the amount of available tables and chairs to sit at. Apart from that all good.

Family room was very comfortable. Had everything we needed as a 4 person family. Beds were super comfortable. Pool was nice and refreshing and water wasnt too hot. I have to say a big thank you to Siti who was absolutely fantastic in helping us out with some administration tasks. This was a one night unscheduled stopover for us due to a visa problem and Siti supported us just like an administration assistant. Thank you Siti.
