We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JerseySlightly away from the main strip in Kuta, but not too far. Quieter area. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable. TV doesn't work.
Staff were helpful. Rooms a good size. Bathroom decent enough. There was a kettle in the room.

AustraliaMy kids and i arrived with my brother and sister in law at 2am. We were taken to our rooms. I booked a room for 3. We were given one king bed. We made it work. In the morning my brother said they were given a family room! They had showers and then there was a knock on the door and they were moved to a regular room. I think they mixed us up. In the end my kids and i were tired and we didn’t really care, but it was a bit odd.
Short drive from the airport. Clean room. Nice pool area. Very basic breakfast but it filled us up. Perfect for one night as we arrived at 2am and headed to our main accommodation in Sanur at lunchtime.

United StatesThey didn't give us the reoom we booked, so we have to sleep at the separate bads. Also, AC was leaking so heavily that we had to find a way to prevent flooding. Some rooms have a strong mold smell and have no windows, be adviced.

Pretty sweet exterior with big pool. Location is good if you like Kuta, don't remember I heard buzz from nearest steet, was pretty calm, not overcrowded when we stayed here. Room a bit tired, but fine for short stay.

GermanyJust a pretty average Hotel close to the airport. They're trying to be fancy (kettle but no tea/coffee etc) but it doesn't really work out. Breakfast consists of 1 piece of toast, egg, jam. The hotel is fine but not a good value for the money.

AustraliaBreakfast can be a little bit better. Nasi goreng was nice but you need to order the day before. Toast, hash brown and omelette were served cold. They may need serve it immediately as soon as it’s cooked instead of trying to serve everyone at the same time, which is impossible to keep the food warm since the kitchen is small and very basic. I still ate them coz I was hungry 😄
Stayed there for 3 nights with family. I loved it. Very clean, staff is very helpful and responded right away for our requests or concerns, the pool is nice. Located in a quiet area. There are a couple little kiosks at the front and a little traditional kiosk selling fresh fruit. There’s a kettle and minibar but no water bottle inside room. instead, they have a water dispenser at the reception that you can fill up your own bottle or mug with hot or cold water anytime, which I prefer that way. so no issue with drinking water. Breakfast is very basic, you need to order fried rice a day before. Need to be self sufficient with food. You can either walk 150m to the main road where there are plenty of restaurants and warung or use Go Food or Grab services. We rented a car and we were allowed to park on next door car park as the hotel does not have a car park.
