The Bathroom was very small. The wash basin being in the bed room was inconvenient and untidy. In the night when there was no staff around one or two rats got in the kitchen. Breakfast menu should have a little variety. The Nasi however, was good.

The Staff were exceptional. They were friendly & helpful; polite & accommodating. Sanur House was cosy & very clean. The pool area was very cute. The bed Was very comfortable. The main drag is just 10 minutes away. The beach is a litgle away..Overall a very pleasant experience

A little far to the beach, exacerbated by limited access due to the number of resorts along the front.

- Our room was immediately adjacent to the breakfast area which was a little noisy while trying to get a sleep-in after our late arrival.

- Perfect for an overnight stay after our late night arrival into Bali airport and before catching the fast ferry to Lembongan Island the next day. Clean, comfortable room and welcoming staff. - Breakfast was included in our rate and was excellent with a selection of Indonesian and Western food. - Quiet location 200metres down a laneway off Sanur’s main street. - Sanur House will arrange airport pickup on request which made arrival into Bali and getting to our accommodation stress-free. - Nice swimming pool area with day beds.

Wonderful staff - from reception to gardeners, everyone so friendly. Beautiful gardens, lovely pool and very peaceful. The breakfast was excellent and served with a smile every morning. Short walk to the main road.

Nothing. If I had to mention some potential improvements, it would be the breakfast choice that could be a bit bigger. Also, for the biggest room, it's a bit implied that it would have a private porch, which it doesn't. The porch is shared with other guests. We did not expect this, looking at the booking.

My wife, baby daughter Juna and I had such a pleasant time at Sanur house. The location, the spacious room, the beautiful garden, the positive vibe and the super friendly, kind and always interested staff. We enjoyed hanging out at the hotel during our stay and having small talk. No questions were ever too much for the staff either. Our daughter adored them. We cancelled our stay somewhere else and booked an additional stay at Sanur House. Straight 10 out of 10.

The rooms were a bit small and dark. We had an extra bed put in though, so it tightened things up a bit.

Breakfast was fantastic, the pool area was nice, the location was great --- slightly off the main area but close enough. I would stay here again.

The villa is really nice. The pool area and the garden are just heaven. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Would definitely choose again for a stay in Sanur. Close to main road with restaurants and shops, beach as well, but still away from the noise.

Nothing to improve upon it was honestly perfect.

oh my gosh stay here. The beds were so comfortable. The pool was stunning and has these little areas you can sit that seem so private because of the flower vines. The breakfast is perfect - I have never tasted mushrooms that flavorsome. The cactus and succulents and the garden in general were absolutely spectacular. Sanur house is like an oasis, you walk in and your transported somewhere else. We stayed here on new years and when the fireworks went off I just popped out my room and watched them in the sky. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Looked after our luggage as long as we needed. I would definitely stay here again!!
