Not sure about the first floor. But the room on the second floor is old basic and worn out like 17 years ago, but for 25 doll a night instead of 5. The shower was broken, the door handle in the bathroom was broken so if you shut the door cannot get in, the room had horrible sewage stink (came from bathroom) Shabby walls with fungus. no towel - have to ask for it.. I needed just a crash over one night, but honestly i think the price/quality does match. There are better places for the same price further up off the beach...

The staff was not very welcoming, especially the manager. The cleanliness was ok but there was water clogging in the wash basin and also in the toilet. That was disgusting. Breakfast, not many options and the quantity made me laugh at myself.

The location is perfect and close to the beach and hotels. Also, there are so many greeneries in the hotel.

The room was absolutely filthy. It's an OK budget room, just needed a clean. The AC was very slow but what do you expect for this budget. It may have been because there was a large gap in the patio doors.

The communal areas looked clean and were pretty. It is near-ish the beach but the street it is on isn't great.

Got an issue with the toilet the toilet flush was not working properly and stopped working 2 times .

The swimming pool was excellent, and the place has an overall relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are fairly basic, but ok considering the price.

Our sheets had not been changed before we arrived, they were dirty, the location was very good, the staff was friendly, the only bad thing was that it was dirty.

The staff wasn't really welcoming, the door was difficult to shut with the key and didn't close properly and the door handle was also almost broken. The bed sheets were stained and felt humid. We didn't have a bin and there was no fan in the toilet therefore it smelled like mold and the floor was wet. The towels smelled weird. We also found a lizard on our bed in a t-shirt. Fortunately we didn't spent that much time in the room.

The Aircon struggled for the first day and then I cleaned the filters and it worked great. There was no fridge or tea and coffee making facilities. However, the price reflected the lack of these. other then that it was good.

The Boss and Staff were friendly and always happy, the rooms are a little dated and need a paint, however they were very comfortable. The Grounds Gardens and walk ways were brilliant, the pool was clean and very enjoyable. the breakfast provided free was a simple breakfast of scrambled eggs bacon and toast and jam, the Coffee was great and the fruit platter was enjoyable. Location is great. All in all I will stay again.

The room was awful. Cigarette burns in the bed linen, bathroom looked dirty and had to listen to the grass being noisily strimmed for hours. It is super cheap, but even so.... We rented it as a place to shower and change before getting a late flight but was really glad we weren't sleeping here.

The pool area looked nice but we didn't swim there. It's next door to Hotel Indigo (much more expensive) if you want something a lot, lot nicer close by.

When the manager found we were only staying for the day and didn’t need breakfast, as we booked the hotel to wait for a late night flight, he pretended the card machine did not work and asked us to pay cash. We later realised that is because he put us in a room that did not have towels, amenities, it smelled and had a faulty door and lock and took the cash himself. The bed has bed bugs also. Unfortunately this experience was not worth the 300,000rp that were charged and it felt like our booking was used for the personal benefit of the manager.

Room was brochure tidy, but far from clean. Also not cleaned and made up during the day; very poor. Bathroom stank off sewer gas that would make you sick, it had no hot water, and the shower leaked all the time. I asked and they looked at it, which made the smell better, but still no hot water and no room cleaning. Breakfast was poor and not worth adding.

It had a large comfy bed and a private balcony with a decent view over the hotel courtyard. Aircon worked well enough. Room was large.

My room. Unfortunately the room smelt of rising damp and one could not stay in there. This type of smell indicates air conditioning probably not cold enough. Staff member was polite when I requested refund although I had to return later to obtain it from the staff member and it ended up being cash and was not the full amount which showed the owner didn't really care. I couldn't be bothered dealing with this. I think the staff were so used to the smell/condition of the room that they felt it was ok.
