Large rooms, very friendly and professional staff, clean, nice pool, nice small gym available, central location but no noise, small hotel so not crowded, good value for money, good transport and airport transfer available.

Even though the property is located in the middle of a busy part of Seminyak, which is great because you have immediate access to so many restaurants & cafes, the rooms are quiet and the hotel is a relaxing haven. The room was big and comfortable, the staff was so friendly and accommodating, the pool and the gym were perfect. I didn't get a chance to try the spa but wish I did!

In the heart of Seminyak, walking distance to the beach but set back from the main road.... so it's quiet.

Some of the basic room facilities such as bedside tables and tap option in bathroom(for washing feet etc). Plus nos pace to keep luggage except for wardrobe. No in house restaurant was a miss.

Welcoming staff. The personal handwritten welcome letter for a nice touch. The prompt morning wake up call and the faculties of the property. The spa experience was great.

If we stayed again, we would choose a bigger room as we booked the lead in room not realizing its best suited for shorter stays, but it still worked for us. We didn't have access to a washer or dryer, so we needed to organise this ourselves. Our room didn't have any space for table and chairs so we had to eat on the bed. Also, we had a lot of ants in our room, but we understand it's impossible to keep them out with the setting and all the rain we experienced.

We really enjoyed our 28day stay at Rama Residence. The rooms are away from the busy street, which makes the room very quiet. The pool is clean and empty most days. The gym is clean and has all the equipment needed for a good workout. There is also a common room which makes it convenient for those who need to do some work. The outdoor lounge area in front of our room was nice (would be perfect if it had a fan). The water purifier in our room and around the common areas was really great as we drink a lot of water and enjoyed the freedom of being able to fill our bottles up whenever needed. The staff are all very nice and the hotel felt like the old school Balinese hospitality. Lots of good restaurants and cafes within walking distance. There is also a small grocery store across the road.

Such quiet place and the pool is empty most of the time which I love. The staff always carry a smile. The room is comfortable with adequate facilities. Location is superb with lotsa food options. Would love to come back again.

There is a small restaurant out front, didn't do much for us since we used gojek (Uber) apps anyway. But food wasn't the best ( from what I had, toast with eggs, I'm from Bali and I always say get more local food anyway) however great juices! Missus and I very pleased as we would be parching from long hot journeys and this solved just that 🤙

Very spacious villa with two bedrooms and two living rooms! Didn't even need the second one at the end to be honest! It also had great amenities for the kitchen and a laundry machine + dryer. Made it so easy to stay in Bali. Felt like a home away from home. And a luxurious one at that!

I had to get transferred to another room because of an electrical problem in the one I was staying at, but they were great about it and it was not a problem at all.

So cute, so much green, the rooms are very well equipped especially if you are planning a long stay in Bali. The landscaping is carefully planned and there was quite a bit of attention to detail. It was well located if you want to try the vibrant restaurant/bar scene in the area.
