The lady at checkout was rude she is always rude and always rushes me to get out every time I stay.

Coffee maker was on the sink. The sink that was in he bathroom. The bathroom with the toilet, and if you have ever seen myth busters and their bathroom episode you are drinking poo infused coffee. No thanks.

The sink in the bathroom wasn't draining, the room wasn't really clean (crumbs on the chair of the room) and the walls are pretty thin. We had a family in the room next to us and we could hear the kids like they were in our room.

I didn't like there was no elevator. Bringing up bags for our crew would have sucked. Thankfully we were just stopping for the night and didn't need to bring our luggage up. We just used a tote bag or two instead. Also when we arrived we were told it was sack breakfast that started at 6. Yet when we went down at 730 to get a sack, there was only 1 left.

It was very easy to get to. The beds, pillows, and bedding were comfy! The coffee shop next door is amazing! Highly recommend trying Ray's out.

No breakfast it was a grab and go wasn't impressed with that didn't even get one they ran out should have had one for every person in hotel had a stain on sheet and mattress protector but over all it was a good hotel

I wouldn't call the sack breakfast a breakfast. And the indoor pool was "out of service." The rate is pretty high considering the hotel is not in top notch shape. The room had been remodeled but the bathroom door was in pretty bad shape.

The rooms were clean and the new mattresses were pretty comfortable.

The door to enter at the end of the building did not have a working card swipe, so the door remained unlocked. We had to kill a roach in our room and the halls wreaked of cigarette smoke. The carpet in the public areas were badly stained and appeared uncleaned and nasty. The continental breakfast came in a paper bag with no coffee offered and warm juice boxes in the bag. If coffee is wanted it must be made in the room with no variety of creamer or liquid creamer.

Dirty bathroom. Had an angry girlfriend looking for her cheating boyfriend running up and down hallways then pulled the fire alarm at 4am then ran. Wouldn't comp anything for it either. Bagged breakfast of fruit punch, tangelo, muffin and granola bar. There is a $100.00 deposit also.

the toilet bowl was new but the seat was nothing less than AWFUL!! hot tub was not hot or even warm.

Smelling cigarette smoke in the hallway was hard on our lungs. Not having an elevator with heavy luggage was hard but doable. I will not presume all hotels have an iron in the room. (My fault)

For a bag breakfast it had healthy choices. The selection of Christian television was an A+. Thank you. The parking lot was lighted well.

Needs an update! The room was painted terribly and no elevator for very heavy luggage- the attendant was very kind to carry my bag up for me. The cost was ridiculous for the lack of updates to this building! No gym available.
