For the 1st time in my life they asked for money deposit as insurance... hhhh it is a bad joke but it real Walls of the rooms and probably the ceiling were made of wood

Toilet was abit smelly, very noisy outside even I was on the 2nd floor but felt like I’m next to the street even the window is closed. I booked for a wrong date and staff didn’t provide me enough help to change it I had to email through booking and wait for few hours. Then I had to cancel it and make another booking.

the wooden floors in the rooms were very dirty and unhygenic. has not been properly cleaned for years i feel. bathroom tiles and walls were unhygenically maintained. needs a through cleanup

Not so clean had bugs in bathroom and there were stains on walls. We could hear people from next room as if they were beside us in same room which was annoying sometimes when we wanted to sleep.

Good location for price, comfy enough and would do for a short stay. Burger King, a few nice restaurants and a supermarket located right beside the hotel.

Have in mind it’s more a hostel than a hotel and you will be fine. The staff smoking inside the second floor, they were really nice and it wasn’t close to my room so I didn’t mind but it’s good to know it before. A girl (who seem to be from the staff) was on the phone in the room next to mine from 2am to 5am… couldn’t sleep, tried to knock several time, never opened the door and was continued the call 5’ after I left, I ended up taking a sleeping pills at 5am as I couldn’t sleep at all. Other than this night, my others nights was great. It’s not the best place you will find in Bali but if you are short on money it’s good value.

it’s a shame because it felt like it could have been/ once was a really good hotel, it just seems a bit abandoned and run down. felt like the backrooms a bit ahah it is creepy at night

The cleaness of the bathroom need to improve. And if the hotel can do make over the bathroom to become modern one, it will be nice.

Water pressure was really low, shower drain was plugged, shower curtain was falling off, paint was peeling. Kind of shabby in the bathroom. The rest of the room was ok but it was super small.

The hotel is in a very busy location and within walking distance of the beach, clubs, bars, restaurants and shopping. It is in a shopping district with a Burger King, grocery store, bakery, laundry facility etc. which makes it easy to take care of stuff before heading out for the day.

What I booked is not what I got (different room type) and staff dont want to take responsibilty of that. They asked me to call the customer service without giving me the number. I feel disappointed!

The room was in a really bad state. There were cobwebs on the TV console. The room was very dim even in the day, I think it needs more lighting. The bathroom was dirty and had a sewer smell. The shower area needs a lot of cleaning works and disinfection.. The photos used to advertise were very far from what the rooms actually looked like.

The staff were friendly, the location was near to everything. There's a grocery store nearby, burger King, JCo, and other eating outlets just a beside the hotel. Check in process only took about 10 minutes. Good WiFi network.

The bath drain and handwash drain were nearly clocked. Breakfast was not anything special, just a boiled egg and a couple pieces of white bread.

Fine for just one night. Our room was nice and quiet and the AC worked well. Fairly cheap as well. WiFi was fine.
