A bedside light would have been nice.

The live music was exceptional! Staff were very attentive and worked really hard to make sure I had a nice time. I think the place is good value for money. Some of the facilities seem a little tired, but this is island life, and Salim Resort is typical of the accommodation here. I really enjoyed my stay, Thankyou for having me.

Excellent location on the east side of Gili Air. Rooms we had looked out onto the pool. Very quiet location.

Rooms were very spacious. There is a restaurant/ bar attached at the front where breakfast is served. Very good atmosphere in the evenings. The pool was a good size to play with the kids. Easy to hire bikes and explore the island. Staff were all super friendly and helpful.

VERY old and dirty. The sheets and towels with holes and stains. All the bedroom in general was dirty and with dust. The stuff was very gentle, but also very young people, not experience.

Location, and hotel in general. Breakfast also good with a great place to eat it, in front of the ocean.

Our third night was very noisy because of a music festival and the music crew had the after party in the resort garden and around the swimming pool. So when we complained about it, the resort manager refund us this third night what was honest from them.

The garden and the pool are really nice, it is actually very beautiful. The resort is very near the snorkeling spot where you can see turtles.

Mostly every day music till midnight, not chaise lounge near beach, room need to renew and not good smell from bathroom.

The staff is gentle but not really proactive nor efficient. For example we woke up very early to go to Gili Meno but we had to wait for the breakfast for one hour so we arrived late for the public ferry and we had to pay almost twice for a private one

Good location, very close to the snorkeling beach. The place has some new rooms and some older. We have been in the latter which were ok but I guess the new ones must be better. In the evening they have good bands playing some music in the restaurant

Really dirty, water didn't work often (sitting on a toilet that doesn't work is really bad), bidet shower didn't work at all, one of the staff was really annoying and tried to sell all activities all the time

In our first room the bathroom had a bad smell and in the second room there was no fridge. The mosquito nets were a bit stained.

The rooms were clean and the staff were polite. Breakfast was good, offering a choice of eggs, pancakes, fruits and coffee. The gardens are well kept and the whole place is very beautiful. The pool had plenty of seating and there was a chill out zone with hammocks.

Dirty and full with animals (also entering into the rooms). Breakfast was not as good as I read in the reviews, it was just decent. Photos are far from reality, would not recommend this hotel.

The staff were so caring when our daughters were ill. The resort is so peaceful, the yoga session at sunset was perfect. The location is fantastic. Would highly recommend

In one of the two rooms there was no hot water. The management has not been able to solve it in 3 days. The room was quite poor (especially the bathroom) although cheap. Clened only upon request (no extra cost) One of the rooms was with no window.

The atomsphere with the pool and the nice outside restaurant. The position is ok, close to many restaurants.

The mostly male staff were quite young and therefore inexperienced. As two female travellers I felt they pestered us a little and at times felt uncomfortable. The room wasn't great. Had poor lighting with no natural light. Room wasn't cleaned each day which every other hotel has offered.

I feel the bathroom shower can be upgraded. Shower pressure was a bit weak.

Loved the location and the vibe of this place. The breakfast was amazing and the resturant is also very nice. Swimming pool is also great and will definitly stay again.

We were unable to use the sink as the tap handle fell off first use so obviously was needing work. Couldn't be fixed during our stay. Bathroom door was fiddly to keep closed with a door safety chain the only means of doing so. Mosque obviously nearby with call to prayer easily heard. Double room attached to other rooms but connecting door not locked, just a small table against it.

Suite double was roomy with aircon - needed - & mossie net. Mini fridge. Liked the outdoor bathroom. Room looked out to pool which was good to swim in while we were there, even with a great snorkeling location out the front door. Double room again roomy with good bathroom, aircon, mini fridge & tv.
