Might difficult to use car to access the hotel (very narrow road eventhough there is dedicated car/motor park). The toilet and bathroom has opened with room so its kinda awkward to use the toilet when sharing room

I only didn’t like the location because of how busy it was but the more I explored it actually was a great street to be on

I loved the type of hotel it was a boutique one. The room was big enough for me as a solo traveller it was clean and beautiful. The offer of food across from hotel was amazing authentic cuisine. The staff were all beautiful and friendly. The building itself had 3 stores no lift but short amount of distance to climb. Because the hotel was kid free and smoke free limits the amount of people staying but glad that shared areas like the pool and dinning wasn’t packed. It was peaceful which I loved considering the location is a 1 min walk from a main and busy street

The shower head had a strange bracket so it was too high and I couldn’t adjust the angle. The bathroom lacked bench space. These were minor issues, it didn’t affect how we felt about staying there. It was very good value for money. We would stay again.

We liked the staff, they were friendly & helpful and spoke a fair amount of English. We loved the locals in the area. We like how close the hotel was to the shops & restaurants. We liked the fresh towels and house keeping every day. We loved how they provided water to brush your teeth, a drink fridge & a balcony that overlooked the street and pool. This is an 18+ hotel & there was a rule that you can’t swim in the pool past 7pm, so the other guests were quiet & it was relaxing. The room had Australian power points so we didn’t need to bring an exchange plug. The pool was clean & easy to access.

Not good location for taxi. Ordered a taxi via the hotel en route to airport, taxi driver arrived late, so we started to get nervous. I had to remind the desk as they weren’t active. When arrived, we were made to walk quite some distance to his car, but then he suddenly stopped over another taxi to the airport. So we lost about 45 minutes before getting into a second car. The second taxi was also very difficult as he was asking for more money than we agreed with the hotel (100k) but; the second taxi driver took advantage as we were desperate for the airport. So we paid more before rushing through airport security to get to our plane. Very difficult journey for what should be 15 minute journey with no traffic, but took more than 1 hour.

Convenient stay near beach for beginner surfers. Clean hotel. Price is ok (outside of tourist area is cheaper with larger rooms and break-feast in Bali but we wanted convenience to the beach so that was the compromise)

The room and the bathroom are a bit small. The breakfast is a bit weak but decent, but you can eat a much richer breakfast at a similar price at the restaurants in the area. During the night, when it's quiet and a scooter passes by or a dog barks, you can hear a little noise in the room, but not excessively, we rested well.

The location is wonderful, clean, friendly staff, we asked for beach towels we got them, we asked for a hair dryer we got it, we asked for a bottle opener we got it. The pool is very well maintained and clean, and the lobby from the reception and the building itself has an exotic air that makes you feel very comfortable. It is relatively close to the beach and next to a main street where you can find everything you need as a tourist. I would return to this hotel again.

That front end desk girl don't have etiquette when we asked her to call someone to get our luggage on 1 st floor she said we don't have anyone you have to carry by your self .they don't have the lift

The window of my room was opening into the breakfast area, so if you have the curtain open you just look at each other, and it doesnt feel like youre looking outside. But it wasn't an issue for me.
