Everything was OK.

I decided to stay in Kuta because of its proximity to the airport as I had a flight early morning. Kuta turned out to be disappointing but it was not the case of the Hotel Sorga Cottages. I liked the property very much. It is located in a very quiet street and it is possible to rest very well there. Though the hotel seems a bit isolated, in fact the beach and restaurants are in a walking distance. The room was spacious and well equipped and it had a nice private balcony which I liked very much. The receptionists can arrange airport transfer.

They charged water more than.double than the places at 10 meters away. Feels like a culture of ripping off tourists. When guests find out the price they don't buy them. Can't understand this. Reception was at times (check in times, 2 pm) empty.

Pretty good location for a night in between flights. Big room, great window, natural light. Great garden. Close to good restaurants reasonably priced.

Though the place is a bit dated, I had an enjoyable stay, the price was right, the pool bigger than expected, and located in a quiet lane, but still within easy walking distance to the nightlife

The pool is amazing! Unfortunately we didn't have the time to use it though although it's very central, the location is quiet Although we had to leave before breakfast officially gets served, the staff was kind enough to still get us breakfast Nice balconies

Wi-Fi was hit or miss and when it hit it was very slow TV was useless as it had only 5 channels and none in English

Perfect position. Employees always in place and available. Very good swimming pool area. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast poor but good. They organize every kind of road and sea transport. Perfect ratio quality/price.

it’s an older hotel and you do notice this in the interior of the rooms. our seemed to be not used for longer timer. towels and toilet paper were missing. but nothing the staff didn’t fix easy. no water boiler in the room.

the garden and pool are really nice also the staff is very friendly and supportive for breakfast you have different options you can choose from, including western options and also Indonesian food it’s 7 min walk to the beach and the Hard Rock Cafe

I like the traditional style architecture, and the location, easy access to Poppies1&ll Kuta beach and boulevard, friendly staff and guests very well kept, tidy rooms and a great pool , and an in house Restaurant /cafe

There was a bath tub, but the plug was smaller, so you can’t fill it with water and it’s no use. It was a challenge to find a socket. It turned out to be under the table and you have to crawl under it to use it. It was the only socket in the room. There were stains on the sheets. The worst part. There were a lot of ants. Don’t bring any food in the room. Even not sweet. I bought takeaway breakfast, brought it to my room, after 30 mins when I wanted to eat it, it all was covered with ants. But the worst was the staff reaction: they were rude, laughed at me, and were like “what do you want from us lol”. I suppose that they should at least warn you that you can not bring any food inside, otherwise you’ll just lose your money. I literally thrown away 150k into a litter bin and they didn’t even say sorry. Awful attitude. Strongly NOT recommended.

The prices in the restaurant attached to the hotel are very expensive compared with other restaurants. Outdated rooms, worn out and need to renovated. TV only shows few of Indonesian channels only and no English or cable channels.
