Bathroom is a very dated and in need of a refurbishment.

Staff are excellent, really friendly and attentive. The pool was clean and quiet and the bar/restaurant for food and drinks was really reasonable. It's really close to the harbour if you want to go to Nusa islands for a day trip, took me 10 mins to walk there. The beach is also just 5 mins walk and enjoyed watching a sunrise one morning.

The internet was very bad, wouldn't recommend for someone needing to work or stream.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools were very nice and clean, the pool area wasn't crowded and felt very relaxing, plenty of sunbeds nearby.

The area isn't very lively at night time, it was good for an overnight stay before going to Nusa Lembongan but if you were staying in Sanur longer I'd stay further South in the main area. Rooms were spacious but a bit outdated. Our bathroom window faced a moped carpark so felt a bit exposed using the shower.

A comfortable hotel with a nice garden and setting in between busy streets. Staff were fantastic and were happy to hold onto something we'd left behind for a week. Very close to the Rocky Fast Boat terminal which was great, especially when we had to stop by there later to get the item we'd left behind.

Breakfast buffet options are not very impressive. We order pizza for one evening and it was not good. It’s frozen pizza they warmed it in the oven. Crust has freezer burn/ stale.

Not a big deal but rear access to the beach was only open fro 7am-7pm The location entrance is on amajor road with entrance/exit from one direction only. If a driver came from the wrong direction they would have to drive an extra frw kms and do an illegal u-turn to get to the entrance. Making driver and GoJek pick up or drop off difficult.

A little peaceful oasis from bustling busy main road in Sanur. Walking distance from tge beach. Beautiful garden setting and water feature. Very pretty

We had a lovely bungalow room with upstairs balcony. It was very private with lovely gardens, good access to dining and pool. Everything was great.

2nd floor toilet was choked on the 2nd day but staff was fast to fix the issue.

Family of five. Villa 303 was huge and 2nd room is situated on the 2nd floor. Very near Sanur harbour - the reason why we booked this villa.

Close to Sanur port. They let us store our big luggage for 2 days while on trip to Nusa Penida. Hotel staff (Ekta) was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was too firm for our liking.

The location was great and was very quiet even though it's on a major road. It's only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 3km from the main shopping/entertainment area of Sanur. The resort provided a free shuttle service to and from this area 4 times a day which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools were great and in good cosy locations. The one we used was right next to the restaurant and so could order a drink or food and they would bring it to you poolside. The room was very large and was well laid out. The bed was very large but too firm for our liking but we still managed to get a decent night sleep. The breakfast was nice with a decent selection.

It seems like they have a problem with water flow in the bathroom. In the morning or evening when the traffic of using bathroom would be high, the water flow is very small, even non exist at some point in my stay. It grew back stronger dyring low traffic time. But in the morning especially, that would be a big problem as typically visitor went to the beach in the morning to watch the sunrise, some swimming in the beach, and when we get back we expect to clean ourselves, but it is so difficult. We book 2 rooms and 1 villa with 2 rooms, and the water problem is the same in all rooms, as we tried using bathroom in other rooms that we booked but the problems persist.

Location is very strategic. Walking distance to the beach. Room is spacious, and bathroom is also spacious. Pool is well maintained and clean. Breakfast quite a lot of option.

The water did come out black for a second from the tap but was able to have a bath safely. Bit of an old building and some stains on sheets

The location is perfect for those who want to get the boat to visit the adjacent islands. Otherwise it's better staying closer to Sanur beach.

Amazing experience, from the staff to the structure itself. The staff was great, they helped us to organise the tour at Nusa Penida and they recommended us nice restaurants. Breakfast was exceptional, next to the pool surrounded by peace.

The bathroom doors, look aging.should need replaced and look their facilities need to be renovated.

pool so clean and room so comfortable so my family enjoyed. Their breakfast so awesome, otherwise we should order by contact the staff. Sanur beach so close, you can reach it by walked 5 - 10 minutes. The hotel many plants, so not too hot inside.

Only negative was the bathrooms could really do with an update.

This property has lovely grounds and the pool is relaxing. The staff were especially friendly particularly in the restaurant.

The beds were uncomfortable (felt like cheap spring mattress). The bathtub of the shower was leaking and water accumulated on the bathroom floor. However wasn’t a huge thing as we only stayed for 1 night.

The property was quite pretty with gardens, two different pools and the breakfast area overlooking the pool was nice. The balcony attached to the room was also nice to wake up to and have a coffee on. The staff were very attentive and super friendly and the breakfast was great! Many options and they catered well for me being gluten free.
