Not a big deal but rear access to the beach was only open fro 7am-7pm The location entrance is on amajor road with entrance/exit from one direction only. If a driver came from the wrong direction they would have to drive an extra frw kms and do an illegal u-turn to get to the entrance. Making driver and GoJek pick up or drop off difficult.

Close to Sanur port. They let us store our big luggage for 2 days while on trip to Nusa Penida. Hotel staff (Ekta) was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was too firm for our liking.

The location was great and was very quiet even though it's on a major road. It's only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 3km from the main shopping/entertainment area of Sanur. The resort provided a free shuttle service to and from this area 4 times a day which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools were great and in good cosy locations. The one we used was right next to the restaurant and so could order a drink or food and they would bring it to you poolside. The room was very large and was well laid out. The bed was very large but too firm for our liking but we still managed to get a decent night sleep. The breakfast was nice with a decent selection.

It seems like they have a problem with water flow in the bathroom. In the morning or evening when the traffic of using bathroom would be high, the water flow is very small, even non exist at some point in my stay. It grew back stronger dyring low traffic time. But in the morning especially, that would be a big problem as typically visitor went to the beach in the morning to watch the sunrise, some swimming in the beach, and when we get back we expect to clean ourselves, but it is so difficult. We book 2 rooms and 1 villa with 2 rooms, and the water problem is the same in all rooms, as we tried using bathroom in other rooms that we booked but the problems persist.

Location is very strategic. Walking distance to the beach. Room is spacious, and bathroom is also spacious. Pool is well maintained and clean. Breakfast quite a lot of option.

The location is perfect for those who want to get the boat to visit the adjacent islands. Otherwise it's better staying closer to Sanur beach.

Amazing experience, from the staff to the structure itself. The staff was great, they helped us to organise the tour at Nusa Penida and they recommended us nice restaurants. Breakfast was exceptional, next to the pool surrounded by peace.

The beds were uncomfortable (felt like cheap spring mattress). The bathtub of the shower was leaking and water accumulated on the bathroom floor. However wasn’t a huge thing as we only stayed for 1 night.

The property was quite pretty with gardens, two different pools and the breakfast area overlooking the pool was nice. The balcony attached to the room was also nice to wake up to and have a coffee on. The staff were very attentive and super friendly and the breakfast was great! Many options and they catered well for me being gluten free.

Respond is very slow sometimes did not respond to request like previous comment about airport pick up. SOmetimes until I follow up more than twice. not sure if it is the relax mentality of Indonesian or just this hotel cuz My first time in Bali. Hotel is an older facility with minor issue of broken bathroom light.. the door lock from the room to the balcony was very hard to open and lock. I reported to the front desk but nothing got fixed as when I leave. Horrible Wi-Fi so slow and keep breaking up. I kept complaining at least five times. They said the vendor did the reset of the network, but nothing work so if you rely heavily on Wi-Fi for working remote you better find another hotel.. Not this one.

Decent location. Four minutes walk to the beach. The beach is full of local people especial weekend. However, there are lava rocks in the sand. Hard to walk on. Courteous staff member good breakfast and nice pools.

I was trying to arrange a pick up from the ferry port but the staff stopped responding midway through the conversation and I ended up having to walk in the heat.

This property is very close to the port but not so close to the nicer restaurants. I rode a bike approx 10 minutes to get to the nice beach front area so this wasn’t a problem.

The room was huge, good breakfast, friendly staff and nice pool. They have free bike hire.
