Our room was a bit dark even with the lights on. We were close to the lobby and pool, so it was a bit noisy at night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the restaurant had a nice view of one of the pools. The villa is quite beautiful with lots of greenery and is a short walk away from the beach.

Locations was great. Rooms were very spacious really tidy and staff were very friendly, they went the extra mile to make us feel at home. Two pools in the hotel were exceptionally clean withe comfortable loungers. Would recommended.

The shower wasn’t great, and you had to hold the shower head otherwise it would spray water all around the bathroom. There were also lots of ants in the bathroom (my friend didn’t have this issue in her room). As I was only staying one night it didn’t bother me much. The tv was awful quality but again I didn’t go to the hotel for the tv (just had it on for background noise while I was getting ready).

The location was ideal as we booked this just for the closeness to the fast boats, took 5-10 min walk. It is right on a busy road but once you are inside the hotel you don’t hear the traffic. The pool was lovely and the staff were the friendliest I have met.

That the curtains in the room was dirty, one of the beds weren't clean, which I didn't know at the time. And wish the breakfast was better with more choices.

The rooms we think need a bit of upgrading. Not enough power points and lighting could be improved especially if guests wish to read at night.

Lovely gardens and swimming pool areas. Staff were delightful and always willing to help out with any requests. It is a small and intimate resort which makes for a very relaxing holiday . The massage spa facilities were excellent…. Superb massage!

Little close to main road but once you’re I you can hardly hear it

Our room in the main building appeared to be a bit dated, but everything was well maintained and worked. If you want to be closer to the beach front restaurants and the main town area, this is maybe not the right choice, but you can either get a taxi or use the hotel's shuttle (at fixed times) to get closer to the center.

Searching for hotels in Sanur can be exhausting, as the choices are seemingly unlimited. Of course it is narrowed a bit once you adjust budget and general preferences, but still there is a lot to pick from. As it was not our first visit to Sanur, the main goal was to find a decent place to relax after the flight, before heading to our final holiday destination via a domestic flight. The Sri Phala is easy to miss from the main road, but it is bigger on the inside with several buildings spread out across a nice garden area and you have 2 pools to choose from. Walking distance to the beach was also on our list, and during daytime you can use a gate at the back for an even shorter walk. Arriving rather late after being stuck in traffic, we were happy to hear the restaurant is still open and it served some really nice food! Breakfast was also good, and the staff both in the restaurant and at the front desk is really nice and helpful!
