We loved the location, easy walking distance to everything. Nice and quiet, so if you’re looking for the party resort this isn’t for you. Older demographic which suited us (60s) Rooms basic but we were happy with that as price was amazing.

Three excellent sized pools one with a swim up bar/restaurant. Breakfast was very good with a huge selection of foods, including freshly cooked egg to your style, and fresh pancakes.

The resort facilities were fantastic and exceptional location close to restaurants and shops, with the beach a short walk away. The staff were exceptional and would do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Would certainly recommend Swastika Bungalows to anyone wanting to stay in Sanur

The staff was amazing, really nice and helpful. The location is great and the bungalow is nice, quite big and comfy. Being in the middle of a tropical garden was awesome. I'll go back there, no hesitation!

Breakfast could be better.

The room was spacious, old Bali style, the gardens were gorgeous, and there are 3 pools. Breakfast was adequate, if uninspiring. The staff all had an unforced friendly demeanor. The prices of food and drink were very reasonable.

The bed was hard, it was uncomfortable. Everything could do with a good clean, bathrooms and curtains. There’s no outdoor shower with a door for getting ready to leave at night

The shower over bath, not good for old people. and we would prefer a proper shower preferably with handrails. Apart from that we were perfectly happy.

Older style resort with beautiful gardens i a peaceful setting. Loved the pool and service provided there. Staff all round were so friendly and super helpful.

Everything was lovely

What a beautiful resort. We were lucky to find a vacancy here after a disastrous booking at another villa was impossible to stay at die to filth and totally false & misleading info. Swastika Bungalows was a small complex with excellent facilities and most of all, it was true to its brochure statement & photos. So convenient to Sanur shopping street & only 1 block from the beach. Highly recommendsble will book there again. There philosophy is," we are family ". Go there you won't regret it.

The hotel kitchen had little fare for lunch or dinner.

The beautiful well maintained gardens, the delicious breakfast with a lot of variety of dishes to chose from (not the usual dishes found in other hotels). Staff were helpful and warm-hearted.

Great location. Lovely resfreshing pools with plenty of shade options...lunch by pool. Good breakfast & egg station. Rooms are old authentic balinese in beautiful tropical gardens. Very clean. Great aircon & Wi-Fi. Great value for the budget price!

The stairs leading to the upstairs rooms are very dangerous for small kids as there are very large gaps under the railing through which they could fall. The hotel should fix this issue before there is an accident. I was nervous about them for the whole duration of our stay.

Very nice swimming pools. Lovely staff. A short walk to the beach. Very lively street nearby but no noise at night (apart from a rooster, that sometimes woke up at odd hours!).

Fantastic location set back from road so no traffic or street noise heard at all. Beautiful tropical gardens surround each room. Staff were extremely friendly and very hospitable. Rooms are huge and cleaned perfectly each day. Highly recommended.

Nothing, it’s great value for money

The staff are so amazingly friendly and great with children (we stayed with a 6 month old baby and felt really welcomed and safe). Great choice of different swimming pools. Good breakfast!

HARD bed and pillows.

Swastika Bungalows were beautifully Balinese. Very attractive and large sized accommodation. Breakfast good. Pool fantastic, staff wonderful. Only complaint was the beds; hard as a rock even after asking for a topper and hard pillows. Spoilt a 100% holiday a bit. Location fabulous to endless restaurants.
