Had initial hick-ups with room check-in delay, water leaking in the room etc, but the staff rectified the issues and also provided late checkout. Also, extremely basic and little amenities in the room.

Decent place to stay in the heartland of Bali. Though there are some issues they need to work on, overall value for money and excellent location. Also, recommended to get the room with the paddy field view which is beautiful. Good breakfast spread.

Breakfast, the quality of food on the breakfast need improvement, even the coffee was not so good. The standard of cleaning need to improve too.

Perfect location, my 3rd time stay at this hotel. This time i stayed in the room with paddy field view, was great, No noise can’t be heard from Pizzeria place next door like my previous stay.

I didn't enjoy the breakfast, maybe my expectation were to high because I've been there a couple of times before they rebranded the hotel from Swissbell Hotel into Aveda. Anyway I would rate the BF sufficient but not "woow".

The location is amazing, in the heart of Petitenget at walking distance from many restos and bakeries. The suite was very spacious and comfortable.

the noise from the never ending party /events on a daily basis, noise from the back of the property since early in the morning but really early and also the cleaning is poor.

Room on the side of Da Maria could be quite noisy, especially on Wednesday & Sunday night. I don't mind the music, but the parking guys shouted at night woke me up a few times. Other than that, all good 👍

There is a lot of water damage from roof leaks. Didn’t impact on my personal comfort at all, but it’s an indication that the building is in need of some major repairs. I didn’t use the pool, but from what I saw , it needed to be serviced , water quality was cloudy

Although the overall room was clean, the bat tub had small stains. The hand wash smelled very very bad. Not sure of what was in it or if it had gone bad. I complained about it but nobody came to check. If the hand wash would have been okay, this would have been 10 for me.

We booked the junior suite pool view. The room was so spacious. The bat tub and bathroom area was huge.The bed had cute towel setup with happy honeymoon tag.The location is so good, you would find everything near by within walking distance. The breakfast has good variety. Staff was welcoming. Basement parking area.

There is a palm-sized stain on the bed sheet which shows that the sheets are not always replaced every time there is a new guests. Shower water is warm enough but it will be more comfortable if it's hotter

The WiFi was awful in the room and there were no vegan options on the hotel restaurant menu. There's a laughable sign in the shower room that talks about saving the environment, yet they give you two plastic bottles per day and have a menu full of high carbon emissions. Lack of English spoken by one or two reception staff. There is a nightclub next door so it can be rather noisy.

The bed was hard but very comfortable, the shower, balcony, view from balcony, the pool, the friendliness of the staff, the air-conditioning and the general vibe of the hotel.

location is ideal with good variety of food (French, Italian, Greek and Chinese) within the hotel. The hotel has a in house restaurant and spa which is reasonably charge. the suite is spacious and breakfast provided is good enough. There options of other spa and laundry just outside the hotel.

Good location between Seminyak and Canggu, very strategic and surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants. The room is comfortable and spacious, the staffs are friendly and as a bonus, the spa is good. Wifi is stable, very reliable to use for work. .
