Being close to the centre of all the action in Seminyak, there is noise from music at night. Water pressure is not amazing but wasn't really an issue. The benefits outweigh the negatives and we stayed there twice.

The staff at The Amasya are so attentive to "the details". They make an effort to make your stay comfortable and memorable. This place is a tranquil oasis away from the bustle outside. Love that for every 2 rooms there is a private pool. It's a lovely setting. Breakfast is also very tasty and is a big serving. The breakfast setting is also lovely. Great value for the price. Can walk to flea market, village, beach, plenty of cafes at the door etc.

The rooms were nice, the shower was very run down though. Our toilet didn't flush at times and had to call someone to fix it (about 3 times). The shower hardly had any pressure, and had some dirt at the bottom. Can easily be fixed with a bit of maintenance. If they do a bit of renovation, this place would be a 10/10.

All the staff were very friendly, and valued our privacy. They made sure we were comfortable. They came every day to clean our room and do our beds. They made us breakfast the way we wanted and at times sent it to our room. The staff were amazing and helpful. The manager was super friendly and gave us ideas on what to do throughout the day. Location was nice, right next to a money changer, shops and massage places. The pool was very big, clean and amazing.

The mosquito's ate us alive at night even with the mosquito net around the bed.

Zero privacy with an apartment complex overlooking the entire villa. Would have been amazing in its day, but now in desperate need of maintenance. Pool has broken tiles, poor TV reception, air con struggled to keep up, toilets barely flush, no water pressure in showers, basic kitchen amenities. Overall, old and run down.

The shower water pressure in our room was the biggest downfall of this property. Lighting in the room and bathrooms is quite dark. The roof in the bathroom is open air so lots of mosquitos are able to get in unfortunately.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check in on arrival was very easy. Room and pools are clean. The location of this property is excellent as you walk out onto the main tourist road of Seminyak. Great for restaurants, bars and shopping.

The overall cleanliness of the property sometimes wasn’t quite there, we didn’t use our bath because there were some quite big stains and I wouldn’t use the kitchen outside as it looked like it needed a good scrub. For the price and location and other things you get with the bungalows however, we could look past these aspects and it didn’t affect our stay. One note for the housekeeping would be to keep the mosquito nets closed after changing the bed each morning as we often found they would fly in whilst the net had been opened up and we would have to fight them off every night which makes the net a little useless if they’re allowed in the bed in the first place haha

The bungalows were stunning, having your own pool and outside living space made our time in Seminyak perfect. It was in a great location right on the main road in Seminyak where all the restaurants, bars and shops are too. Outside TV and Fridge were big bonuses and the complimentary breakfast was lovely. All the staff were really helpful and kind too, we really enjoyed our stay :)

Sometimes hard to find anyone at reception if you needed anything. There are cooking facilities but our Villa had nothing to cook with like pots or pans etc

Location is great, villa grounds are really nice. Private Had a Birthday cake delivered before I arrived and reception kept it in the fridge for me. Also helped out with a couple of other things outside of the usual scope.

There is nothing we didn't like. However, it could do with some updates, but for the price, we didn't mind at all. Wear and tear on buildings are to be expected for open-air style villas.

Fantastic location. Awesome setup and layout of Villa. Perfect for group of friends. Social sitting area downstairs next to the pool. Open air authentic balinese style living downstairs and thatched roofs upstairs.

The facilities are dated and show age. Our villa was dated and after a week we could definitely see what is in need of attention. They were working on the villa next door to us so I think they are working through updating. The beds are ROCK hard. For someone with a bad back or not comfortable on a hard bed give it a miss.

Location was great. You can walk to all the Seminyak hot spots easily from here. No need to get a taxi. The privacy is good too. Each villa is self contained. Pools are lovely. We stayed as a family of 4 with 3 teenagers and it was great for them. They had their own rooms and had freedom. We stayed a week but perfect time would probably be 5 days. Villas are aesthetically pleasing. Housekeeping is daily and they do a great job. Breakfast by the main pool each morning is lovely. Staff are lovely and obliging. I suggest though for long stay they could get some board games, or a library to help enhance visitors stay. Even instituting a book exchange for guests would be nice. All restaurants around the villas we visited were amazing. Especially liked Rositas Mercian Canteen. The location although on Seminyak Main Street is quiet as the villas a are set back.

Things to note: Noise: The Villa we were in was at the front (Number 1) so we got a lot of street noise, Karaoke is big and bikes drive at all times so if you find it hard to sleep through noises request a back villa. Maintenace: You can see that covid travel restrictions have had an effect, somethings like the bathroom and bed canopy could do with some Maintenace to bring them back to pre covid glory. Firmness of bed: The bed was pretty firm, again not a super issue for us but some people might not like firm mattress

Location was ideal for our group, as we wanted to be able to walk to main attractions, be close to night life but also have space and not be in the thick of it all the time. We booked a two bedroom villa with private pool and the size of the villa was great, the private pool was such a bonus to be able to cool off in the heat. The rooms themselves had air conditioning and a plenty of storage space. Check in was super easy. We definitely stay again
