Great location, great pool, great breakfast

Looks run down. Not like.the pics. No air con in open plan lounge area. Felt dirty.

The .main pool was clean and ok. Much better than the ones in the villa. Breakfast available.

When we arrived to our FIVE STAR 2 bedroom villa, both toilets did not work. We straight away called for assistance. We had extremely prompt service to fix our toilets with 3 men attending to the issue. After 30 minutes I said we are going to go for a walk and look around as our 2 teenagers were eager to explore, I then asked the staff to please lock the main villa door after fixing both toilets. When arriving back, the main villa door was closed but not locked. Both bedroom doors were closed but also not locked. We did have all our luggage inside the villa so were quite upset and concerned. This was our last stay in Bali of 5 weeks and the 8th accommodation and really felt let down as it was the most expensive accommodation. This was the only place that I felt I needed to use my antibacterial wipes to clean everything, especially the bathrooms! Super disappointed and did not want to order the chef to cook breakfast in the villa as advertised in Booking.com. We stayed for 3 nights and on all days after the villa was cleaned the villa door was closed but not locked (after day 1, I complained but this still occurred) We also arrived back after the last clean to find that the cleaners removed a bag of ice from the freezer compartment still 3/4 full which we were using for our drinks. This we couldn't understand as we had never had this happen in any other accommodation in Bali. We needed to wake at 6am to get ready for our flight home to find NO WATER in the toilets, showers or sinks! My husband went to reception to find everybody laying down asleep. My husband had to wake staff to advise them we had no water. Staff tested the water at reception to find no water was coming out of their taps neither! They said we will try to sort the problem. We waited 45 minutes before we had water, but only cold water, so had to have a COLD shower with no pressure! Also my husband had a belly ache and couldn't flush! We will never stay here again, so disappointed!!

Too many problems with this hotel, aircon doesnt work, had to change rooms, safe werent working had to use a key which staff had keys to aswell, no hot water in shower, toilets didnt flush, had to fill water up everytime we went to toilet. Staff were on top of all the problems however there was just to many times we had to call for help!

Staff went above and beyond for all the problems we had! Staff were efficient, kind and helpful.

The place is a bit worn down, in need of renovation. The water pressure in the showers are low or not at all. Cleaning is very poor.

Great location. Nice private pool. Unlimited supply of drinking water in dispenser.

It’s very traditional Balinese if you are looking for 5star modern you aren’t going to find it here, we loved our stay in the private villa staff were awesome breakfast every day was great would definitely stay here again nice and quiet yet right in the heart of the bustling Seminyak streets

On the first day, we were placed on the first villa located to the front of the complex. Noise from the street and neighbouring hotel's common room can be heard from our bedroom, all the way pass midnight. We were moved to different villa from the 2nd night, where noise was not too much of an issue. BOTH villas condition, especially the bathroom, are pretty much dilapidated, a far cry from what you would expect from a "villa type accommodation". Water pressure was almost non existent, moulds, rust, toilet difficult to flush.

Location was great, smack down in the middle of happening area with lots of small shops, mini market, restaurants, market, coin laundry. 10 - 15 minutes walk to the beach, with plenty of shop to look at along the way and bars / cafe to hop along.

Needed a new shower head and new window treatments .

The location was perfect for walking and exploring Seminyak . Lots of resturants, bars and shopping very close by. Absolutley loved the private pool !!! Thisprperty would have been absolutely stunning in it’s day . Just a little tired now . Wouldn’t take much to pick it up tho . Old style Bali

You can tell that 15 years ago this place would have been A+++ however I doubt much work has been put into it since. Everything was dated / broken / dead plants etc. The kitchen cooker was broken, the outdoor shower didn't work, all the plants outside were dead, mozzies get into the bedroom because the bathroom windows are just shutters, rust and mold in the bathroom, chipped tiles etc etc.

The location is great - on one of the main strips for restaurants, pubs, Revolver for coffee... Beds are comfy and villa is huge.

the whole villa was filthy and run down. there was no point complaining because it needed much more than a good clean. kitchen run down dirty and unusable. hardly any crockery or cutlery. all the cushions pillows and towels were dirty and the bed was rock hard. I don’t have very high expectations in Bali but this place really disappointed. I’ve moved to a villa for same price and it is exceptional. breakfast was ok and pool in complex looked ok. bar was only open for breakfast.

the only good thing about the villa was the pool but it didn’t get any sun on it although there was sun in parts of the garden to sun bathe. the staff were pleasant and location is right on eat street.
