They can maybe improve the water pressure of the shower other than that everything was 10/10.

I loved the view from my room (sea view room). It’s perfect for someone who’s looking for some quiet time & relaxation. The property has spa as well and the back massage was great. Would love to stay there again. 100% recommend.

The rooms are close to each other. If there happen to be people in the next room who don't know how to take other hotel guests into account and for example make noise late, the sounds can be heard in your own room quite clearly. At breakfast, you could choose one free portion from the list. It didn't necessarily take away the hunger completely.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, a cozy cottage and a good bed. The swimming pool and the entire pool area are nice, the pool has a beautiful view of the sea. The staff was friendly and communicating with them was easy and smooth.

This property is made up of individual villas around a beautiful pool. We used the hotels courtesy transfer service to and from the port. The hotels communications during booking were exceptional. The villas were well appointed and very comfortable and the on site restaurant served delicious meals. What more could you ask for?

Tours provided were not really a tour, you’re basically hiring an driver to take you round the island to a few nice places, couple of problems which were more unfortunate such as spa gun not working for aromatherapy treatment and a few of the sun lounger cushions being washed meaning we couldn’t lay comfortably by the pool on one of the days (probably better doing this overnight instead of during the day) also restaurant food choice was not local cuisine, we preferred the restaurant down the road called Ogix Warung

True luxury from when we arrived at the hotel, luggage taken to our room, air conditioned room with TV and outdoor ensuite bathroom, bottles of water provided every day, ocean view, infinity pool happy hour cocktails, spa on site, restaurant and bar well designed - Special mention to Ari at Front Office who was very helpful and the ladies in the spa - best massage weve both had

Water pressure for shower is too low.

Amazing serenity and ambience. Staff go the extra mile to make the stay as wonderful as possible. Able to arrange scooter rental and accommodate extra request to have it pre-filled with more petrol to save us the hassle of going to gas station. Evening cocktails are unique and some of the best I had!

As we were vegetarians, there are not many options . They had limited breakfast only. But the view from our cottage was really good. The water in the shower area and wash basin was little salty though.

Everything! The place was just beautiful and the staff was outstanding. They looked after us amazingly. My partner wasn’t feeling well and they help us to get him the right medication, and prepared the right food for him without hesitation!! Loved it!!

Only drawback was lack of enough lighting in the room.

The property location and the setup is mesmerising. Despite of being a 3 star they have provided 5 star service. The whole staff was brilliant.

All the staff were very friendly and feedback was made immediately. It was far from the port, but it was nice to have pick-up and drop service. The pool was also good. Most of all, the breakfast was delicious.

Everything was amazing, but this place is mainly for chilling and have some good times disconnected from the world, as it is a bit far from the center And for the beach, you cannot swim in, but still nice to sit by

The stuff were amazing, the pool was so clean and the water was perfect, the vue is even better, Also, they have a spa in there, where u can have great massage, the entire spa stuff was great as well, but Auo was the best For the meals, i loved the breakfast and the free floating board, was just wow I loved my stay and i am definitely coming back

It can get really noisy with the construction site behind and the road (expect a lot of scooters and cars passing by). 2nd floor rooms are a lot less interesting than 1st floor one - ask about availability of 2nd floor before confirming your booking.

The staff were super kind and attentive. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Relaxing spa and amazing sea view from 1st floor bungalow and pool.

The resort was quite a drive away from the jetty. Also while it was located by the sea, the beach wasn't too accessible. The resort was clean enough although we were plagued by flies when dining at the restaurant. The rooms were on the smallish side and the TV didn't work too well in one of them.

The resort was just across the road from the beach, so the pool was an infinity pool with an amazing view of the sunrise. We were given 2 rooms which were fairly comfortable with a nice balcony just facing the pool. The resort also had a spa where my husband and I had a good massage. The restaurant served quite good food. For all our requests, the staff were also very responsive and very friendly.
