The shower base needed to be cleaned still had moss on it and the stepping stones around pool had moss on them too.

The plumbing needs attention and the water pressure was low. Bed was not very comfortable.

The staff were extremely lovely and helpful , it was a very peaceful place to stay , buffet breakfast was good and plentiful and the pool was fantastic.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the accomodation to be fair. Perhaps the water pressure was not that great and you can hear a bit of noise from the rooms next door.

We liked that the accomodation had scooters already their to higher as well as a pool and buffet breakfast 😁. We also liked how the room was cleaned as soon as we left it for breakfast.

We loved our stay, we were upgraded into a Villa which was very spacious and with a private pool. Great location in the up and coming Pererenan and just outside of the hustle and bustle of Canggu, with lots a great restaurants and warungs, clothing stores and spas very close by. The staff were exceptional and property was very clean. The buffet style breakfast is fair (but nothing special) with fresh egg dishes made to order each day. Highly recommend staying at The Bali Dream Villa & Resort.

Loved having a good sized pool with the villa to keep cool. The large public pool was great to have drinks and food and a lazy afternoon with the kids. Easy to walk around the local area for food and supplies or shuttle down to Echo Beach. Staff are really lovely and ready to help with anything.

We had to rely on cellular data as the Wi-Fi was very poor and download speeds were <0.5Mbps at times, making it impossible to stream movies or browse as normal. If using a local data provider, we found that Telokomsel provided the strongest connection at this location, while XL struggled. If you plan on walking to/ around Canggu, the location of the villa may also be a drawback, as it is quite removed from the main strip of town and separated by a river which is only able to be crossed by walking over very busy and narrow road.

The private pool was beautiful and the breakfasts every morning were delicious. The staff were very friendly and accomodating and always went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. This was exemplified the morning we flew out as our the Grab driver we had organised the night before didn't show up, leaving us stranded at 3 AM with no ride to the airport. But the staff were able to quickly organise and find us transport, even at 3 AM, saving us from missing our flight. Overall the villa was very comfortable, the aircon worked great and the rooms felt very premium and spacious.

Breakfast is buffet style , not the greatest food in the world but not the worst!

we were initially disappointed to see building work at the entrance of the hotel, due to emergency plumbing, but they upgraded us to the private pool villa instead so we were very happy :) Staff are super friendly and really nice! Rooms are very nice, the private pool at the villa looked great but was a bit cold because it stays mainly in the shade , but the communal pool is good. Overall it is a good location and easy to get about, either with rental bike or grab.

Could be more central/closer to the beach but with grab and Gojek was so easy to get to places. Just be wary of the ‘no grab/Gojek zones’. Also recommend going on a bike to places as it makes journeys a lot quicker! Would be good to have some Indonesian/Balinese breakfast items!

The room was comfy, clean and aircon worked really well! Having a private pool was a huge benefit. They did mix up the breakfast buffet which I liked, the omelet was lovely and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Managed to get some laundry done which was so handy! Also say hello to the little cat that likes to visit during breakfast!

More attention needs to be paid to the cleaning of the room. Some stains on the sheets and on the walls. The rooms needs a bit of a refresh.

The hotel has loads of potential. The rooms where spacious and beautiful for a cozy get away for yourself. The main pool and breakfast area was great.

The rooms were outdated and could do with renovations the netting over our beds were showing signs of wear and tear and definitely not clean, the staff were excellent and very helpful we were travelling with friends and would have liked to sit around the pool to have a few drinks but the selection was non existent except for beers and cool drinks/ juice

Water leaks when it rained. Some basic maintenance items need attention like broken sunlounge, toilet seat was loose, place hadn't been cleaned in a while after beung empty. But, staff were very responsive to fix the issues.

We liked the pool facilities, it was beautiful. There was a great variety at breakfast and lunch/dinner. The hotel provided a shuttle bus to Canggu and Echo Beach. When we had a problem with the Wi-Fi, it was fixed immediately. When we had a problem with the leaky roof during a rain storm, they moved us to another room straight away.

In my room there was sufficient room to place a small table to allow unpacking/opening ones suitcase without any problem but this was not provided, which meant one must store the bag either in a cupboard and get it out whenever new items needed, or keep the case on the floor, which meant insects could enter the case. I have already advised the management on this point. In the restaurant, although coffee was provided it was instant Nescafe, or quite delicious Baliniese coffee; the instant should not be provided in a hotel of this standard, and in a land where good coffee is available.

This was the one hotel who provided an anti-slip mat without having to be reminded of it, it was there when I arrived and installed very well. In addition one could walk for about 20 minutes to Pererenan beach which was a lovely beach, and in my opinion much better than Echo beach. There were sufficient small restaurants in the area, and the staff could make suggestions for other visits.. There was an adequate amount of TV channels which included Netflix, Disney channel, etcetera.
