Although room and bathroom are generally clean, it might be a beat improved. This particularly relates to towels that hotel provides on the beach.

Very nice hotel. The room was extra large with two beautifull teraces, big bathroom and separate closet room. The bed was large and comfy. There was private jacusy on the balcony with nice sitting/ leisure area arround. The breakfast was with excellent offer. Staff was very kind and helpfull. Hotel provides free of charge shutle to the hotel beach and market area.

Laundry service expensive, but everything else amazing!

Gorgeous, luxurious hotel at a smaller budget than most in this area. Very helpful staff, great breakfast and lunch served. The pool area was huge and plenty of beds. Very nice location.

Room phone wasn’t working & when we complained they said the problem couldn’t be fixed. That was not an option as we had to order things.

Lots of mosquitoes in the room. They bit us all over the body and the bites lasted almost a week. It would be great if the hotel will do something to prevent it because I guess they live in the room somewhere and start biting overnight. The room on the first floor was wet because of the pool I guess so we felt damp smell.

They upgraded the room to premium which was very cool! Breakfast was delicious, transfer to the beach and the beach itself were also nice.

We (family of 4) got free upgrade to family villa with private pool. Very nice swimming pools with a bit of shade, nice for the children. Staff was very friendly. Shuttle to beach was ok. Also short walking distance to beach, warungs, restaurants, massage and tourist shops.

I would recommend a room in the 1st or 2nd floor because of the moisture in the ground floor!

Everything was very beautiful in the hotel. Friendly stuff. Beautiful flowers/gardens. Breakfast was great. Swimmingpool also! We got upgraded for the first 3 nights in a private villa. For the last night we got another beautiful room, but it was moisture.

It’s fine as it is.

This was the second time we chose to stay at the Grand Bali. We like it because its location was perfect for visiting friends and the local beach. The hotel has an old fashioned charm which the newer more modern hotels lack. Staff particularly at reception remembered us and gave us a warm welcome as did all the other members of staff.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The property is quite big and very near to the nusa dua beach. They have a shuttle which takes you there and back every hour. The breakfast was nice. Staff was super helpful.

The gym could be updated with a new circuit machine, some more mats and a few more weights. This may not be an issue for the majority of guests however.

I liked the location. Less crowded than other parts of Bali. This is a traditional Balinese style hotel and not a glass and metal, more modern style. The staff were all responsive and helpful. Kind and genuine. A real home away from home.

Mould on curtains, ceiling and bathroom glass, very musty smell in the room also.

Staff were lovely, they have a bus to beach multiple times a day to their own private beach club which was the highlight. The property is tired, needs some work but overall was ok. Food was average but you don’t have to leave the resort and fair prices.

We were upgraded to a poolside bedroom which was large and comfortable. We slept so well on the beds, which were made up immaculately every day. The staff were fabulous! Marsha welcomed us every day with the biggest smile and was always ready to help us with anything we needed (taxi, restaurant etc).

The Grand Bali Nusa Dua is a lovely hotel with excellent and kind staff - from reception to gardeners - all very happy to help and chat about Bali-things. The room was spacious, air conditioning very efficient, plus a large and well-catered bathroom with great hot water, and ample towels. The pools were large and varied in depth and size including for kids, and again, towels provided. Each morning breakfast was served near the pools and garden and included a wide range from fresh fruit, interesting local cold drinks, hot food, even pancakes. The location is just beyond the main Nusa Dua gated area, but it was walkable to the Convention Centre (I was attending conference) and surrounding areas. The local activity and many temples in the surrounding streets and friendly people good - watch out for scooters though. There was also a regular shuttle to the nearby beach. Also plenty of taxis in the area in case not so keen on walking. Overall very good value for the price.

I was a bit disappointed in breakfast as I love good granola and nuts and seeds and none of this was on offer. The egg station however was good.

We were upgraded to the premium suite which was amazing. We had our own private jacuzzi and Balinese style hut overlooking beautiful greenery and it was totally private. The room itself was also very large and the bed comfortable. Every staff member we dealt with at this resort was just gorgeous. The resort has definitely seen better days but our room was lovely and all the staff were just beautiful, polite and smiling.
