The whole place is amazing! The pool area is magical with the trees and flowers. The room was very spacious, well equipped and clean. The hotel has a private beach and they have transfer to that, but we came back to the hotel by foot because it is around 20 min. and it worth it! You came across a beutiful garden with chipmunks. The staff was superkind and helpful! We enjoyed to stay there!

Only stayed one night and didn't eat there so can't comment on food but only small thing was the outside of the hotel looked a little tired and need of a bit of tlc, but really no biggie!

Had an upgrade to balcony pool view. Beautiful big room with comfy bed and bath. Great pool, very friendly helpful staff. Let us leave our luggage there after checkout and use the courtesy shower. Had a free pool table which was fun. Easy to walk to some restaurants and although it didn't have direct beach access they had a free shuttle bus. Would definitely recommend, very good value for money.

Wonderful place and feeling of Bali! It is located in perfect place, everything is in walkable distance. One of the greatest benefit of hotel - private beach spot (they have a shuttle from hotel to it). Would highly recommend this hotel if you want a feeling of Bali.

Few more options for entertaining kids would have been nice maybe

It seemed really authentic and it was just so lovely. The staff were great and so welcoming. Small compared to other resorts, so nice and quiet.

No airport shuttle

The lovely and accommodating staff, amenities, the massages at the spa, the traditional feel of the architecture of the hotel. Feels like Bali.

The coffee at breakfast is so bad, please improve this and the hotel would be one of the best in town.

Great location, quiet but also near with all needs (ATM, markets, shops, restaurants, money exchange etc). Breakfast was good, lunch and dinner also were good, especially chicken and mushroom soup 😋. We almost only ate in their restaurant and didn't have problem with stomach because all dishes were fresh cooked. They provide not only local meals. Thanks to the chief of the restaurant. Transfer for the private beach is every two hours that was convenient for us. There are enough places for everyone. The beach bar provides some snakes and drinks. The staff is very polite and helpful. When we can't cross the road security always helps to cross safely. Also, there are kids room for children and two swimming pools with plenty of deck chairs and fresh towels. In the pool bar you can find many cocktails, beer and food. The price was normal. The room is big with comfortable beds, table, TV (but I didn't turn on), safe, shower and bath, room everyday cleaned. Very good hotel for this money. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

The beds were a little on the firm side. Since we are over 70 we now like a softer topping. BUT would definitely not have bothered us when we were younger, plus we slept really well.

it was such a peaceful oasis in busy Nusa Dua. Large bathroom, with an amazing shower, one of the best we’ve come across in Bali. Spacious bedroom. Two Large pools. Excellent staff everywhere. very clean.

The staff are very friendly but we felt there is a little lack of management, especially on the F&B side. Breakfast is fair, but not amazing. The one cocktail I tried by the pool was bad. There isn't much of an atmosphere about the place, but it's great for relaxing by the pool.

Lovely, secluded pool area with friendly staff, spacious and beautifully kept gardens. The reception help to book cars or give information about trips, always with a smile. Location is great with beach, restaurants, massages and local shops nearby. The room was simple but clean, big bathroom, and good for couples or small families.

The coffee machine at breakfast not always working. Think pots of coffee would be better.

We had the Premier suite with jacuzzi. Very nice. Breakfast was great. Good selection of food. Omelettes are delicious.

Hmm... If i had to pick on something I would say a wider range of available menu.... Onsite as well as at their beach club.

Love the spacious Room. Spacious bathroom. Love the tub! Oh and the back door of ground floor room opens up to the Pool!! Awesome! They have a transport to their Beach Club which is a huge plus.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The property is in the beautiful Balinese style, is well appointed and is comfortable and inviting, and the staff are amazing. My room was large, clean and comfortable with a balcony to sit and enjoy the garden with morning coffee. There is a shuttle that takes you to their private beach, restaurants and village shops are a 5-10minute walk.

Rooms need some painting renovation.

Great hotel in old balinese style, it can feel a little outdated, but if you are looking for this particular style it is a really beautiful hotel. It feels quiet even when it is fully booked, because it is quite big. It has very beautiful gardens and the pool area is really beautiful. Breakfast was very good with enough food options (great pancakes). They provide a transfer to the beach at certain hours. The beach itself is not fantastic, but the hotel has a small beach club with drinks and some food options.

Had to wait longer one day for beach transfer as not enough room in vehicle. Beach bar not open until 11am so couldn’t get drink or food there if getting the early transport. Had to find other cafe which aren’t that close by and don’t deliver to your lounger.

Comfortable, clean, spacious room and peaceful location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Beach transfer was handy and beach area fairly well maintained. Hotel pool area nice. Breakfast was great as varied every day.

The air conditioning was noisy, but it’s old. The water temperature of the pool was too cold for me but very refreshing for a quick dip. Have been to Novotel Nusa Dua across the road and never did I notice the water being anything but warm and comfortable. Room key kept deactivating. Had to run back to reception about 4-5 times but these are no reason not to stay. It’s a fabulous hotel.

Such friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful hotel in back street of Nusa Dua. The room was exceptional. Traditional Balinese and so clean and spacious. Beds we’re comfortable. Hot shower with great water pressure. Loved the breakfast. Best pancakes I’ve had in a long time. Would definitely recommend. Good value for money. Great warung down the road, Susie and Bule’s. My son says best crispy chicken he’s ever eaten. Good money exchange across the road. Air conditioned and safe. There are many with better rates but some can’t be trusted not to rip you off. If you need transport get reception to call for a blue metered taxi, better than bartering on the street. Use booking.com’s taxi booking system to get to hotel from airport. Pay for it from home country. Driver will track flight and WhatsApp you details and confirm directly, easy to book, was about AU $16. Can’t get better then this. Hassle free.

The food at the restaurant (I had just one meal) was not overwhelming, but still quite good.

This hotel is phenomenal. Probably has the best value for money in Nusa Dua (or maybe whole Bali). The staff is so nice and always helpful (e.g. especially Marsha from reception)! Got a free upgrade to one of the best rooms. The whole hotel has a great design and feels quite majestic and luxurious. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The swimming pool area is beautifully designed and let's one relax nicely. The free shuttle bus to the hotel's nice beach club makes it easy to toggle between the hotel and the beach. Directly near the hotel are some shops, ATMs, restaurants, and things like massage saloons.
