You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandBut the rooms very old and not what you would expect from the pictures. It was dirty and the water in the bathroom was leaking and not warm. They tried to fix it once we told the staff. I think it's still good value for the money but do not expect what the name might suggest.
The location was great. The staff is indeed very friendly. Breakfast and dinner is available too and is good if you don't have time to go to any other restaurant

MoroccoThe pictures are really beautiful, but don't be fooled by them. Everything in the hotel is really outdated and uncomfortable. The room is really small, there are way better hotels in Malang for the same price. Our room had cockroaches in it and was full of flies. Upon telling the staff, they came in our room to take pictures of all our stuff, even digging through the trash to find something to blame us for the problem. The breakfast itself was nice, we could eat between 6 and 10 am. The staff called us at 8 am to ask if we still wanted breakfast and that they would wait until 10 for us. They did this every morning, waking us up of course.
The fountain from the pictures in the middle is really nice and calming. The hotel is on a busy street, but no noise inside the hotel. The staff was friendly, but didn't speak any English.

IndonesiaWe checked in , there is a bad smell coming out of the room. when we took shower, the water from the shower location leaked out to the wash basin location. We shared a twin bed, one bed was broken and felt like it may require some replacement. the ad said there was wifi in the room, hence the connection was poor and I had to go to the second floor on the place where there are so many tables. I get it thats its pandemic, but I felt for the price I paid, Id rather stay at fancy or premium guesthouse. The towels are all clean, the water is provided, but overall staying will not recommend me coming back to that hotel.
