The toilet in our villa smelt a bit and had some staining on the bowl. Also the bum gun had brownish water.

Quite, clean, great location and the staff and service was impeccable.

The Kayana manages to provide a serene and calm atmosphere despite being in the heart of bustling Seminyak. Great shopping and dining options around and walking distance from Seminyak beach. The exterior of the villa with its private swimming pool has been really well designed and provides everything one may need. We enjoyed every moment of our stay here.

Food and drinks could have been better

Location was amazing. Staff were awesome. The villa was really nice and private and beautiful. The bed was also super comfy.

There was noise on the side road but this was acceptable. One night though there was noise from a nightclub (imani) to 2am. We understand the staff made representation to this nightclub with o real outcome; this is a regular occurrence and this needs to be addressed.

The villa was a little dated but did not fall short of attention and care. It would be ideal if the airport transfer were included.

Unfortunately we did experience loud party music and traffic throughout the stay. A road runs right next to the villas and cars are constantly going up and down.

Nothing, it was excellent. Was unsettling when someone was flying a drone overhead but that would have been another guest and not the hotel staff's fault

Loved the villa. It was clean, comfortable and great for a good nights sleep. It felt very safe and secure too. The villa had everything I needed for my stay. I liked that the complimentary bottles of water were replaced everyday. The location was perfect for us. The breakfast selection was extensive and tasted great. The private plunge pool was clean and perfect for cooling down in the Bali heat.

The Kayana is a sanctuary from the noise of Seminyak. We stayed here 10 years ago, and it is just the same fabulous Kayana .The private pool is wonderful, and the staff are very friendly, attentive but leave you to your own privacy.

Bedding quality, few towels provided, breakfast was not that great, with few options to choose from, and the quality of the doors, letting in lizards and insects The noice of birds or other animals at night were so loud and since doors aren;t insulated well we were woken up a few times at night. Breakfast needs to be a buffet or more generous. No beach access.

Leaving!!! Mum is 84 so steps to reception area & breakfast were a bit of an issue for her.

My Mum & I stayed for 6 nights, we absolutely loved it. The breakfast at the Duah was amazing & Suwidya at breakfast could not do enough for us. The cleaning team were wonderful as well, very accommodating. Front desk & security were always there greeting you with a smile. I loved the pool it got the sun & was a nice temperature. Great shower with lovely hot water.
