It’s not very clean, floor was full of stains, the sheets were clearly washed but had lots of stains in them. But it’s also a bit common to have this level, I didn’t mind so much about it, once asked to change sheets and clean room it was fine.

I loved that it was walking distance from the beach and great for option, also we have the place mostly to ourselves and it was perfect with the pool in the back. Staff did their best to accommodate.

Although the bungalow was lovely we did have a few issues, 1 day we had no water at all including flushing toilet or shower which was fixed by the time we returned from our trip but meant we couldn't do alot prior to leaving. Staff incredibly apologetic. There was also no hot water even when water worked and best to let the water run as it smelled of egg when it came out and was often brown. For 2 nights out of 3 we had a huge rat in our bedroom, it crawled on through the gap between the walls and the roof and scaled along the curtain pole and then on top of the air conditioning unit and onto the canopy above our beds in the night, we didn't sleep a great deal but when we mentioned this to staff they said it was normal. If your OK with this then no issues but anyone terrified of small furry things or with fobias this may be a issue. The rat didn't bother us, there was no poo and it wasn't on our belongings just a bit too close for comfort. Air con is OK but the temperature on the machine doesn't seem to reflect what is coming out.

The staff are amazingly friendly and can't do enough for you, always checking your OK, greeting you and helpful. Staff sorted us a scooter for a very good price when we asked and we're happy to organise trips and tours. There is 2 Pools, we found each catches the sun at different times of the day and are both clean and nice with good sunbeds. The bungalow is cute, with a canopy over the bed and a half-outside covered bathroom which is nice. The location Is about a minutes walk from Mushrooom Bay and a great location for the boat back to Sanur and lots of little bars, restaurants and shops. After a scooter round the island we probably wouldn't have got a much better location. Fridge in the room which Is a great addition and much needed with the heat.

No running hot water, a lot of insects and gekko’s in and around the bungalow, no options for breakfast or other food. No bar included. You only could sleep and swim.

We were extremely disappointed that this location did not have any hot water. We had to have ice cold showers during our stay. Also the walls were paper thin so you could hear everything the neighbours were saying and doing.

Perfect location near the beach! Great Deluxe Villa accommodation for 3 persons with an extra single bed (not rollaway). Bed was comfortable and room nice with semi outdoor bathroom. Subali was a character and all staff assisted immediately if we needed something. Enjoyed our stay!

The cleanliness of the room and bed could be improved, possibly due to recent renovations and fewer guests staying there.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for buying food and souvenirs. The rooms are beautifully designed with a nice view of the swimming pool.

Unfortunately for a couple of days we had problems with the shower. No water at all for 2 days and after was cold.

- you can hear everything from your direct neighbors, ours had to puke in the middle of the night which was very unpleasant to hear BUT would nevertheless still book this accommodation again since the problem can be solved with using earplugs or headphones (we just got unlucky with our neighbors)

- super close to the beach ( mushroom beach only 2-5 min. walking, very beautiful beach ) - nice staff - cozy bungalow - lots of restaurant and cafes - relaxed 25 min. walk to devil‘s tears and the most beautiful sunset (with motorbike/car only 10 min.) - BOOK, we loved it overall !

There was no hot water, power and internet dropped out a few times. We were in a garden room with a common wall to another garden room and could hear every word!
