Had a few internet issues and a lot of ants lol. Nothing out of the ordinary for that country, was still a very pleasant stay.

It's been three years since I last visited and it looks like the place can use a touch up. Paint coming off, a few chips here and there and the bathtub was a little dirty (when we turned it on, a fair bit of gunk came out of the jets).

Great location and very helpful staff. The villas are big and the pool is amazing, along with the daybed outside is perfect for an afternoon nap.

Location was great, it’s 5-8 min from Seminyak beach yet off the Main Street so it’s quiet and nice. Service was impeccable, we were greeted by the sweet receptionists everyday and they were super helpful! The Villa itself was beautiful and spacious, with a huge front porch, lounging chairs and a gorgeous interior. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the pool, but I imagine it would be lovely if you bring your own floats to relax on! Overall, it was a fantastic stay and great value for money, I would definitely recommend it to friends and would also book this stay again.

Shower water flow was inconsistent. Breakfast was very limited. Would’ve been nice to have fresh tropical fruit options.

Very comfortable bed, we loved the villa design even if a bit of renovation needed, everything was in working condition.

Breakfast served is just like any other villas. There were cockroaches in toilet and kitchen area. Really put us off. Not one but many. We are ok with lizards as we know its the tropics. But cockroaches are a big NO NO. Kitchen was closed off at the back of the villa. An open dining would have been better.

Location was good. Close walk to the beach. Cleanliness was ok. Bed comfy but pillows too soft(just a personal choice). Good TV channels. Pool was great.

No sun lounges, just pad on the floor. Bit hard for old people to get off floor 🤣 Rooms were too bright to sleep in. Need block out curtains. Little bit run down and probably needs a spruce up

The villa was bad value for money and run down. Although it was big, the toilet leaked, the air-conditioning didn't work properly, some of the lights didn't work and the building was generally just not a 4 or 5 star standard at all.

Amazing staff, who made the place so clean and wonderful. Reception staff, housekeeping and security were great. Thank you so much to them all for treating us so amazingy. Great bed. Breakfast was lovely! Big villa.

It is in need of redecoration and upgrading. It had an air of tiredness. Eg, the aluminium doors did not fit well and rattled.

Its getting a bit dated, with a few cracks around the walls. The bed is a bit impractical and bedroom itself is a bit cut off from the openess you expect in a private Balinese villa

The location- quite close to Jalan Raya, the main road in Seminyak. If you are heading from the airport and looking to base around the centre, this is a decent option for a night or two.

Staff is warm but not so professional i guess. Being have to choose breakfast program , exact time and ingredients a day before is weird. That make me wake up with phone call early in the morning. Breakfast can more done with more fresh bread and fruit i guess. İ dont know the solution but knocking the door for breakfast is too noisy and disturbing and they should find another way to do that

Rooms are shockingly big and beautiful. Even swimming pool was cold for me, it was good start for the day. villa is designed with japanese details. There are more than one air condition , kitchen is big

The facility is quite rundown especially the pool area. Also the bathroom basin mixer barely worked and the controls on the shower were ridiculously difficult to work out.

The kitchen had a weird smell that we couldn’t seem to get rid off. The pool could have been cleaner. Service at reception could be faster, felt like I had to wait for abit before someone came along. Pool seemed a slightly dirty, some dead insects which I’m very scared of so we didn’t make full use of the pool.

Location was great! Walking distance to the beach. Some delicious warungs around the area! Called for room service as there was a huge cockroach on the sliding door outside and they came to help asap. Which I really appreciated. Breakfast was really nice and staff were really friendly.

the smell of the apartment. the breakfast bad ( fixed) provided in your room, the photo not present real situation, they have honeymoon packages bad ( welcome design simple and not exciting) it is expensive more to other villa near by. i saw villa near by better, my booking was 5 days. I could stay more than 2 days then i book 2 days in ubud. even was unrefundable i did not care. i left it. thx booking.com for the credit money 💕💕

the Villa is very old but has a modern feel which is ok, but some doors, locks, taps, need maintenance and updating badly. TV is very old and has damaged pixels and has very old HDMI. could not connect modern devices. the pillows, mattress and mattress protector have yellow stains and some hair. there was one day with no room service due to a ceremony and next day the chef was sick, no backup staff. there was a problem with the safe but was fixed quickly. problem with one of the balcony doors lock, but was fixed quickly. some of the issues took up a bit of my time. the giant wooden section around the bed made it tricky to get in and out of bed, bashed my shin and bruised it.
