We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI thought that the bathroom could have been in a closed-off area as there was no privacy when the toilet needed to be used. The travelator down to the beach wasn't working (which we knew about), that said we enjoyed the exercise of walking up and down the stairs.
Our accommodation was excellent overall. The room was clean and was constantly kept tidy by our attentive house staff. The breakfast was great with lots of healthy options and consistently good fresh produce each day. The pool area at our villa was spotless and overlooked the ocean. I developed a bad back while at the resort and the GM went out of his way to get me some voltaren to help with the inflammation.

Our private Villa enjoyed a spectacular endless view across the ocean from its heavenly pool . We enjoyed the best breakfast of our entire trip floating on the pool!! The most delicious porridge with fresh fruit, rhubarb and all the trimmings! We were appointed our own private butler - the wonderful miss Dama - such a lovely and helpful lady. The stay comes with free VIP entry to sundays best club which is stunning and a great fun way to enjoy this spectacular beach and coastline. Highly recommend the Balinese snapper with sambal for an authentic culinary experience.

SpainWifi connection is not working in the most of the areas. Sundays beach club is full of people all the time.

United StatesWe were very disappointed that the primary entrance for the PUBLIC to reach the beach is right through the hotel lobby, and the immediate grounds. Everything was so beautiful and then this troop of folks came through, and connoted to come through, to go to the beach. Once we found out that was how the resort is arranged, we stopped going to the beach and dining in the restaurant - and stayed in the villas - which were quite spectacular.

BrazilWe loved everything! Only thing to know is that it’s about 20 min drive from center of Uluwatu but for us it was the best location right by the beach
One of the best hotels we’ve ever been to!! The venue is beautiful, super clean, the staff is amazing so nice and attentive!! The food and drinks were great, beach club is the best in Uluwatu and overall this was the highlight of our honeymoon!!
