Location was perfect, easy walking to all our favorite places. Breakfast in both the villa and the restaurant was top notch. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. My wife loved the Hotel Spa.

We had the pleasure of spending 6 nights in our amazing Villa, the service from all the staff was exceptional. Great location being a short walk to the main road yet so peaceful and quiet in our Villa. Whether we ordered in or ate at the Oswego restaurant the food was all delicious - we would definitely recommend a stay at Impiana 🖤

The dark roads to get to the villa

The staff were amazing, the villa was super clean. Truly had a great time. Location is close to everything buy have to go down dark ruelles to get to it. But otherwise, it was a great stay

The vegetarian BBQ we booked with the villa was not up to the mark. That's the only thing i didn't like about the villa.

In some places, you can tell that the villa is getting on in years. Everything is still beautiful, clean, and well-maintained (especially the garden), but within the villa itself, you can notice that everything is a bit older.

It‘s the 2nd time we were in the Impiana Private Villas. It was again a pleasure to enjoy the beautiful villas for a few days. Also within walking distance distance of have plenty nice restaurants.

This is my favorite place to stay in Bali, you cannot fault it! It’s spotlessly clean, and the staff are all amazing! We will be back again next year.

Somethings to consider, the pool side mattress and inside the couch like mattress and pillows could get cleaned.

Nothing about the villas or business stands out as a negative. But without special Booking.com offers the normal expense for the villa would not have been considered as good value for us.

Indian breakfast options that were all wonderfully tasty, super friendly staff, quiet neighbourhood (Sunset section). Shuttle service from main restaurant and reception 24 hrs!

Absolutely fantastic from check in to departure, room service was brilliant as we stayed during Nyepi [silent day] and still the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed as we arrived the day before late evening so couldn't make a shop the staff fetched everything we required to our villa 10/10 service and greatly appreciated.

The bathrooms are opened to the outside so mosquitoes are able to get in. The villa was older than expected however decently maintained. The villa could use some upgrades to make it more modern.

The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating. Rooms were serviced daily and security were present 24/7 which made us feel safe. The villa was in a great location. Not too busy of a street and short drive to the main areas of Seminyak. Breakfast at the restaurant was decent.

Their location is probably not the best for those who want more than just well-being type of travel. My villa is also located at the end of the area, which made me lazy to go out, even though the bugging car service was very accommodating.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The villa is huge, more than enough for 2 persons. It was so quiet that you would barely hear a sound from outside. Spa and food were all great.

The mattress was a little firm for me and the doors to the sides of the room don’t really lock properly so it didn’t feel very secure, but the area itself is security and there is a safe available to use.

The villa is beautiful and set in a lovely quiet and secure area. It is clean and private and well stocked with all you need. There is convenient services available too, such as the free bus to and from the restaurant.

I didnt think this property should be marked as "exceptional" after staying in Nasu Dua but it was certainly very nice. Villas were spacious but bathrooms smelt pretty awful and shower over bath hard to get in and out of. Could do with a little bit of a reno in the outdoor kitchen area as things are getting very old.

Staff are very good, particularly housekeeping staff, privacy in the villa very good, private pool big, meals very nice, supermarket across the road handy and other restaurants close enough to walk.
