The rooms are not soundproof. This is located next to a church so we could hear the bells tolling quite loud. It’s located in front of a shopping centre and sometimes they have live music and some exercise sessions in the morning, so you can hear that into the room if they are using a mic.

The location is great if you need a stay close to the airport. Everything was very clean and a nice aesthetic. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was quite nice as well.

The mall across the road is loud at night, the church next door was loud on Saturday with a group activity and music playing. We did have to move rooms as there’s was a weird vibrating tap noise that kept me awake on our first night all night and you can hear people when they come and go in the early hours when they’ve had too many bintangs!

Pool was lovely, staff amazing couldn’t fault them! Breakfast was great as well. They moved us to a different room straight away when it was too noisy. The cleanliness was fabulous. Great value for money for the three of us in one room. Would book again in the future but ask for a pool access room at the back of the property

Everything was perfect! breakfast was great, the pool is beautiful, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The location is right opposite a little shopping centre with supermarkets and great restaurants. We got free airport shuttle service which was amazing too as we arrived on multiple flights

Its is in heart of the area in front of a mall which has live music. This can be somewhat irritating when trying to get a quiet shuteye for light sleepers. Hotel proactively provides ear plugs though.

Location was great and well connected. Many options for food and markets. Pool facilities are awesome and comfortable.

Breakfast was OK, but ended up going elsewhere for decent coffee and something more substantial.

Proximity to the airport. Stayed here overnight after arriving in Bali at 2am. Utilized their free airport pick-up service. Communication with driver was very good so knew exactly where to meet him.

The pool access room was excellent, staff were so friendly, money exchange at hotel with very competitive rates and location was fantastic. The bed was the most comfortable out of all our stays this trip

We were on 5th floor. Would have been nice to have additional elevator at the far end of the building but really stretching to find something we didn’t like.

Shower wasn't very powerful. Would have been nice to have real milk instead of packets of creamer.

Good price and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were able to organise a late checkout as our flight didn't leave until 10pm. The free airport shuttle was great. Also close to the airport. There is a mall across the road and loads of places to eat and drink nearby. Also liked that they organised a driver for us for sightseeing. Breakfast was really good.

The bathroom just wasn’t clean enough for my liking at this cost. The shower drain smelt so bad of the sewage pipe, by the morning it was so strong I had to hold my breath in there. I’m sure not all the rooms were like this but I was only there one night so didn’t bother complaining

Fantastic service, honestly couldn’t fault the staff, and the restaurant was great, very tasty rendang. Lovely to get a balcony to sit on and the pool was great too. Really comfy bed and great AC

Honestly can't say anything negative but the price could always be cheaper.

I had one night at the hotel, so the location near airport was perfect. The reservation included airport transfer which was so convenience. The room with pool access was so nice. As soon as I got my room, I jumped to the refreshing pool. Food and breakfast were delicous with many options. Friendly and polite staff did everything to make my visiting perfect. The hotel is also near the beach and there is a shopping center across the street. Surely coming back again!

It is next door to a church, but the music was so lovely it seems a shame to say it was a bit loud during the Easter services.

From the very first interaction with the hotel, they were all very helpful and attentive. Restaurant served some great meals and looked after the kids so well.
