Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good, and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Great spa and transfer to and from the airport.

We ordered a room with 3 ordinary beds and the third bed was just a smaller folding bed.

We stayed in the hotel for one night before we left Bali. It’s very close to the airport. Many shops and restaurants around.

Quite close to parties and louder, the hotel supplied earplugs. For me it was ok, but if you are not into the party scene, might not be your place.

I left too early to have breakfast and the hotel prepared a breakfast box for me. Best breakfast box I have ever gotten. Excellent sour dough breat with cheese and salad, muesli and a piece of fruit. As my airline did not provide food, this was a very welcome treat.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property. I would recommend it highly.

From the moment I stepped into the Vira Bali Boutique Hotel I felt, relaxed. It was very late when I arrived but I was very courteously shown my room and the facilities that were available to use such as bottled water, a kettle and tea and coffee, also how to use the air conditioning! The next morning when I opened my shutters and stepped out on to my own balcony overlooking a beautiful pool and garden area. Absolute bliss!

It is outside of the hotels control but the street is noisy and the music from the mall opposite is until 10pm. The hotel does provide earplugs when you check in to counter this.

Aging but pleasant and functional Hotel close to the airport. Comfortable bed with effective and quiet aircon. Good buffet breakfast. Good water pressure in the shower.

the mouse found in my bathroom (but that was out of the hotels control). Management handled the situation very well and was incredibly genuine with their apology.

The warm water shower is unstable, jumps from room temperature to hot water with lots of volume.

The only thing we didn't like was that we could literally hear everything our neighbors were saying and doing

The location was great, pool was super fun to swim in and the staff were great. The security were very sweet and would always look out after my friend and I when we would leave the resort.

Although there is a live music every night, until 10pm, it didnt bother us at all, and the reception gave us earplug. Very thoughtful. We dont have anything we didnt like..

The service was very pleasant.. all staffs are very friendly, Melina, Dewi and Bagia especially were giving us the best service throughout our stay. Airport pick up and drop off has been arranged before we arrive in Bali. When we arrived we have been given the most refreshing welcome drink, infused water from dragonfruit! It was sooo refreshing as it was a hot day in Bali. We love our breakfast!! Lots of choices and for our little one too.. the room is very clean, the bathroom is very clean too. We will definitely come back at this hotel.
