The soundproof is not good but they provide earplugs for us, so all great!

Breakfast choices are great. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and great with a poolview.

Not a great deal of sun around the pool but still lovely to sit around. Afternoons were better if seeking a tan. The in pool lounges had sun most of the day which was good.

The location was great. Across from the mall. The staff were fantastic and super friendly. Plenty of good food onsite and nearby. Buffet breakfast was fantastic too! Would stay again

Rock hard bed.

Great location for an airport stopover. Airport pickup was great. Just need a bigger sign. Breakfast was good and omelette fantastic. Bed was uncomfortable and rock hard.

The buffet breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of options. The location is excellent, conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, and, most importantly, within walking distance from Waterbom! The staff were lovely and very accommodating with luggage storage. The airport transfers were punctual, which was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here for a few nights upon arriving or leaving Bali.

Location is not the best and we had kind of cultural shock because of terrible traffic near the hotel when arrived. Later we got used to it, also hotel staff at the parking can help to cross the busy road. So much rubbish on the main street of Kuta, not a problem of the hotel but I believe hospitality businesses could try to do something about that, maybe with the help of government. Such a beautiful island with its captivating culture deserves to be a clean place.

We spent 1 week in this lovely boutique hotel and everything was great including breakfasts, restaurant dinners, massages, swimming pool and room service. The staff is very kind and helpful. Given that the hotel is not that big, we felt like home away from home. Free transfer from/to the airport was a good bonus. Thank you, we had a great time in Vira Bali!

The rooms are not soundproof. This is located next to a church so we could hear the bells tolling quite loud. It’s located in front of a shopping centre and sometimes they have live music and some exercise sessions in the morning, so you can hear that into the room if they are using a mic.

The location is great if you need a stay close to the airport. Everything was very clean and a nice aesthetic. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was quite nice as well.

The mall across the road is loud at night, the church next door was loud on Saturday with a group activity and music playing. We did have to move rooms as there’s was a weird vibrating tap noise that kept me awake on our first night all night and you can hear people when they come and go in the early hours when they’ve had too many bintangs!

Pool was lovely, staff amazing couldn’t fault them! Breakfast was great as well. They moved us to a different room straight away when it was too noisy. The cleanliness was fabulous. Great value for money for the three of us in one room. Would book again in the future but ask for a pool access room at the back of the property

Its is in heart of the area in front of a mall which has live music. This can be somewhat irritating when trying to get a quiet shuteye for light sleepers. Hotel proactively provides ear plugs though.

Location was great and well connected. Many options for food and markets. Pool facilities are awesome and comfortable.
