First room was ok you get what you paid for, however the noise on a night was far too loud (really busy road right next to the hotel) so we changed rooms. Once we changed rooms we noticed black mould on the ceiling through the bathroom and bedroom, as well as bloody sheets on the bed which is disgusting. We had to go buy our own bed sheets as we did not want to cause anymore hassle and didn't want to move all our clothes for a second time in 2 days.

The room was spacious with good aircon, strong wifi, comfy bed, and the staff was super friendly and helpful, specially gun silas, he would promptly help with whatever I needed. Thank you sir! I will definitely come back. Until next time!

Our stay was terrible! It is one big mold growth, also we even saw cockroach and a lot of flies that bit us and gave us rash. The furniture is old and worn down, bathroom gave me chills everytime I walked in, it smelled horrible, also was very dirty, moldy and rusty. I don’t recommend anyone stay here, because I even got caught that is connected with mold. Terrible experience.

This hotel is right next to the road. it’s very noisy at night. I’m not a princess but my first night I couldn’t fall sleep because of the motorbikes and trucks. They didn’t have toothbrushes you have to buy your own. Our first room didn’t have a fridge. But it was on their booking list. Once they brought us salty water instead of clean drinkable.

Room 208 - BAD. So noisy it is impossible to sleep. This room is like sleeping on a motorway. I had to move hotels at midnight down the road as it was impossible to sleep.

STAFF ARE 10/10 couldn’t wish for a nicer group of staff members.

No breakfast. the owner of the place was rude and impolite to the staff and guests both. no cooperation and adjustment was done when required. Also, on the say if the owner, the staff at duty had charged extra for scooty than at the price at which the scooter was negotiated. Bad behavior I must say

Unlike the pictures, the room given was situated in the corner of the hotel where my only view is a wall directly in front of me Overall cleanliness of the place is very bad. It seems as if it has been a long time since someone else stayed there. There were spiderwebs and lizards in my room, lizard droppings and dead flies on floor corners, and stains on the bed sheets Every morning I'm woken up by the sound of chairs and table dragging from the rooftop sitting area

There was a constant smell in the bathroom and a never-ending beeping noise, which would drive me crazy at night. All the spots at the pool were always occupied since there’re like 4 or 5 of them. The wifi connection was terrible, I ended up using my mobile data.

- Our room had a big window facing the reception and everyone walking past. No privacy at all. This could be fixed by adding sheer curtains. We had to keep the curtains shut all the time so it was very dark and gloomy in the room. - There were multiple wifi networks but all were unreliable. Not good for working. Had to reconnect over and over / use mobile data every day. Worst wifi I have had in any Bali hotels. - There were more mosquitos in the room than any other Bali hotel I have been in. The bathroom window cannot be shut so probably they come from there. A mosquito net could be added to the bathroom window. - No breakfast.

Wonderful pool area with lounge chairs and beautiful plumeria trees. Lovely staff and cheap motorbike rent. Good big TV in room. It is possible to refill your water bottle. Located by a busy road (not good for walking), but next to Pepito big supermarket and fresh food local market. There are also must-visit affordable and amazing restaurants just steps away - Ubuy and Tarabelle.

We had a great stay at the Utube hotel. It wasnt the closest to everything, but grabs were cheap as well as scooter rentals. It had lots of great restaurants close by including Warung Ubay (highly recommend). The room, pool and overall entire place exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a great comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend the Utube hotel.

The location is great in terms of restaurants and local atmosphere but it was about 15-25 min bike ride to any beach - the only downside as I love to roll out of bed and walk to the beach.

I loved every minute here! The people who run it are lovely, the bed is comfy, the aircon was great and the pool was dreamy! Felt super comfortable and chilled, would definitely stay again.

Location, location! You can hear the busy city go by and might get waken up from the traffic controllers whistling on the road.

the staff were absolutely amazing. Very accommodating and so hospitable. Gun and Efrem were kind, caring and genuine. The rest of the boys were also so great! The service and cleanliness was over the top! Great job boys!

It is next to the main road, so the traffic is a bit loud, but this is common disadvantage of city life.

I LOVED this cute hotel. The staff is super friendly and nice, the hotel is very cute, the room was exceptionally clean and comfy. There is a wonderful farmers market just next to the hotel, so if you like fresh coconuts and tropical fruits, you are in excellent place! Moreover, the location is central, so you can easily access different beaches and fun places in just about 15 min ride.
