the bathrooms were grotty and stunk like moth balls! they looked like they hadn’t had a good scrub in a long time! There are 3 villas so there one we had wasn’t from the pictures advertised, there wasn’t a lot of room to lay in the sun because the shade covered so much of the day beds!

The villa was huge! Nice big pool and great facilities! Lovely staff and an excellent location! Nothing was any hassle, they arranged scooters for us and offered massage at the villa!

the rooms were way too big for such a short stay, every room came with it’s own walk in wardrobe and giant bathroom

villa was huge, conveniently located just a short walk away from everything in canggu and was easy to get around. During the day the sun hit the pool and was the perfect spot for lounging around

One of the toilets wasn’t flushing and one of the air conditioners was broken, they were both fixed during our stay though. The surfaces were clean but as a whole there was a lot of dirt and cobwebs

it was a very spacious luxurious Villa with a lovely pool and patio area. the Villa was kept really clean and the staff were most helpful and friendly. it was on a good location a 12 min walk to the Sandbar beach area.

Asked for security deposit, considering the property was already showing damage from previous occupancy, such as broken handles on kitchen drawers, 1 window broken, several sliding doors not operating properly, and sundry other damages, i point blank refused to pay until they provided me with a list of all the current damage to the property so that at the end of my stay it could be rechecked to see if indeed i had caused any additional damage, otherwise after i left the property they could say, window was broken or kitchen handles broken and keep my security deposit, and with a checked list how could i argue otherwise , they didnt provide me with a list and i didnt pay any security deposit.

There was a lot of construction going on in the villa surrounds, felt like they had just finished this one while the others around were still going up. There was a lot of construction noise. The aircon didn't work that well as the rooms were so big so it was a very hot sleep.

Location was great, it was very spacious. The pool was nice and private.

A but if a walk to the beach and town but taxis really cheap so wasn’t an issue. Some building work going on nearby but probably not for long.

the stuff absolutely rude , and the villa was super dirty and old from inside nothing matching with the pics they have post and it get really hot with no proper fans in the house , zero privacy as all of sudden u see the stuff inside the villa without any notice,I will say don’t ever waste your money on it

There was a lot of construction going on in the villa surrounds, felt like they had just finished this one while the others around were still going up. There was a lot of construction noise and in 2weeks time there was less progress, so it looks like building for at least 1 year. Also the construction workers continously look into your house, which is not pleasant for my wife and daugthers wearing a bikini at the pool. The living room and kitchen are very hot and needed 2 fans to make okay, unfortunatley no airco. Also there are a lot of crevices in the Windows, so vermin can easily acces the house and cold air leaves the room quick. The house has damages, such as broken handles on kitchen drawers, several sliding doors not operating properly or have large crevices and other damages. the bathrooms were stunk like moth balls and have high humidity, a moisture fungus smel / and shows leakage.! They looked like they hadn’t had a good scrub in a long time! this is also for the whole house, the cleaning is an easy swift. There are 3 villas so there one we had wasn’t from the pictures advertised, we complained and after discussion we could have the villa. The first villa was really horible. The whole house is quite old, a bit dusty and low quality forniture. The price 150eur per night is overrated, I think 100eur per night is a better price. Wifi doesn’t work upstairs

It was okay Villa was huge, good location and a short walk to canggu. If you ask the staff will provide scooters and makes it even more easy to get around. The pool in 1 villa was the perfect spot for lounging around. The other villa not, only shadow. Staff was friendly and helpfull, not so capable of cleaning.

The staff and management were extremely polite and helpful from the time of booking to my final checkout. Definitely one of the better travel experiences I have had.

Everything was great- Maybe just a couple of more couches would have been good (but that’s just being picky) .

The staff were really really lovely. The location was perfect to access Echo Beach for surfing- only a five minute walk. Great places to eat next door and just down the road. We also loved the cat that comes by in the evening.
