The bathroom is sooooo hot no ceiling fan, air-con or fan of any type The gas cooktop in the kitchen was in atrocious condition and really needs to be replaced I didn’t cook as I like to eat local but if I wanted to I would not have

I really love this property it’s my 2nd time staying there and I will definitely go back again. It’s private but close to everything it’s just a little oasis in Seminyak.

Couldn’t lock the external doors when I was in the villa. A padlock on the outside protected my belongings but as it was external to the unit, I couldn’t lock it when I was inside, as a single female travelling solo, not being able to secure myself inside in a foreign country in a “party zone” was concerning. If I had known about this before I booked I would have stayed elsewhere. Also, the guy who checked me in kept coming back every day to water the plants and clean even after it was raining. I honestly thought he was concerned I was going to bring others on to party there. Which I did not. I just wanted to read my book, swim and wander out sometimes. I acknowledge others may have done this in the past and he might be concerned that others would do the same, but it meant my enjoyment of the property was severely limited and interrupted unnecessarily.

The bedside lamps could be updated. The switches are difficult to turn off.

Very clean, good location. Great value for money. We stayed only 3 days, but they still did a full mid-stay clean and changed the bedding. Facilities are older but it was immaculately clean. We stayed in the 1 bedroom and no one could see into the property, very private. ATM and 24 hr mini mart across the street. Coffee within 5 minute walk. Would stay again.

Quiet villa considering the location which is near restaurants and shops. Beach nearby but we walked along the beach towards Double six beach where there were more places to eat. Villa is very clean. Great to have a water dispenser which dispensed hot and cold water. Bedroom has great aircon and we kept the doors closed and had no trouble with mosquitoes. Great communication with the owner regarding cleaning and keys (check in and out). Big fridge!

The villa was not ready when I arrived.The owner told me to come back at 5.

The location was great, i just did not expect human cremations to happen down the block.The air quality was not great

The villa needs a professional cleaning service and new kitchen appliances , most of the existing ones are corroded and don't look great.Also the bathroom fixtures show a lot of damage and hard water stains. When I arrived at the villa the owner tried to convince me that i had entered the arrival time as 1 am not 1 pm.He told me to come back at 5.pm as his guests had not left yet.I showed him the message I sent with the flight details and the arrival time and then he said he had not seen it.After I threw a fit he told me to come back at 2 pm.Kind of unpleasant

There was no breakfast.The villa was located close to restaurants and the Ku da Te beach, lots of restaurants around.What I was not aware of is that there were human cremations happening at the corner of the street which made the air unbreathable not to mention the the fact that most foreigners would find this extremely creepy
