Cheap and cheerful hotel. Basic but everything you need. Friendly staff and a good breakfast

I booked an economy single room. But the pictures don't show what the room looks like. It's false information. The room isn't 22m3 but just 8m3, where you can hardly move. Also, there's no shower shield, so your whole bathroom fills up with water directly, and it gets flooded. I called the manager and after a long argument and I paid some extra money. I got an upgraded room. You should give true information about what the room looks like.

The staff is friendly, the upgraded room was way better. Also, the pool was amazing.

Bed linen never got changed for a week stay & only got clean towels once when I bumped into the maid on the stairs & had to request them

Lots of stairs but in Kalkan that is to be expected.

Beautiful setting, spacious pool area, large pool, lovely vine covered terrace at front of hotel, small rooms but ideal for a short stay, lovely views from balcony.

Could be a bit of strenuous walk for some people up the hill from the beach and the centre.

The property was nice and clean, with a quiet swimming pool, in a quiet part of the resort, but not too far away from the main restaurants and shops. The breakfast on the rooftop restaurant was fantastic, with a great view of the bar. Supermarket very close. Staff very nice.

No English spoken, feel terrible putting this - it's in Turkey, after all, and we should all try to speak some Turkish - so be prepared to use Google translate and all is fine. Very limited parking.

Good value, friendly, great view from the breakfast terrace. Comfortable beds, older hotel with charm right in the old town.. Breakfast , just Turkish traditional on offer, my kids did not like this! For the traveller on a budget this would work well. It seems to be used, mostly, by Turkish families on holiday.

Shower could be a bit temperamental, although this actually benefited to the charm of the property .

Made us extremely welcome on arrival , parked the car for me and took the luggage to our room , spotless and cosy . Great sea view from balcony . The pool was immaculate and all staff could not do enough to make our stay brilliant . Great location for those that know Kalkan , as it’s a short walk down a gentle slope to the centre and back , no huffing and puffing , especially after a few wines . Great value for money in an excellent location and couldn’t fault the staff in their eagerness to ensure our stay was seamless .

A few room faults that could have easily been put right, bulbs not working, limited hangers, air conditioning would not stop.

Staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Great location, only a short walk to the old town. Clean and spacious swimming pool. Primarily great value for money.

The staff at this hotel are helpful and warm.Inseli at the front desk is so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is good on the roof terrace with a beautiful view. The pool is huge and very clean. The area is quiet away from the busy streets but very walkable. Definitely returning.

Cozy hotel with swimming pool and good location near to the city center and bus station. You can easily have access to the buses going to Kaputash and Patara beaches. Breakfast in the terrace with wonderful view. Breakfast choice was not so much but it is good considering the price of the hotel.

Very basic breakfast, I had a single room which was very small. The shower room flooded constantly and wasn't very clean.

This is not a 3-star hotel. There were a number of services not available that are promised on the website > no safety deposit box in the room > no daily housekeeping > no toiletries in bathroom > the room was about 12 metres square with 1 bed, not 24 with 2 beds > the shower door was broken > if you have a shower at the same time as the person next door there is zero water pressure coming out of the shower head Breakfast was a typical Turkish breakfast served on the nice terrace with spectacular views but the terrace is only open for the 2 hours that breakfast is served. The shower head in the bathroom and the shower heads at the pool were absolutely fifty. All the poolside beds were very tatty. This is an old hotel and overpriced for what I paid. Perhaps there is a different price for Turkish travellers as I cannot believe it's rating of 8,2

Not much to like apart from the staff. Especially the 2 x girls who were very pleasant and helpful.

we wanted a family room for 4 but despite the family rooms having 2 singles and a double, the booking system doesn’t allow 4 people in the room, you have to book an additional single. We thought the staff would be reasonable enough to alter the booking but unfortunately not. The door didn’t lock from the outside, a member of staff tried to help us but couldn’t lock it either but just kept saying no problem.

Everything is ok. Any question is solved. Just as a fact there is no elevator but the stuff kindly help you with your luggage 🧳

The best thing about the hotel is their polite, helpful and very welcoming and friendly staff. We booked the simplest category of the room, but even there we had a balcony and a wonderful sea view. The room was clean. I liked pictures on the walls, the bedspread and cotton curtains on the windows. All that added home coziness. Moreover I have to say that our category room didn’t have a fridge but the guys brought it for us that I really appreciated as we had products which required the cold storage. Thanks a lot for great several days of our staying in Kalkan!

A truly great and very friendly hotel with wonderfully kind and welcoming staff. The room was cozy, very clean and comfortable with lovely balcony and fantastic ocean view. Breakfast was also delicious. There is a very nice lounge area with books and ocean view. Highly recommended 👌

Room had a musty smell and needed a general update . Hair was in the shower plug .shower worked well but needed regrouting . Plug sockets were very loose on walls .

Staff were very friendly and looked after us . They booked an anniversary meal a a local restaurant for us . Nothing was too much trouble location was great. Bed was comfy and clean.
