If I really have to pick something to write here. It's a little remote.. would recommend to rent a 🛵 to get around. You can walk, but it will be hot and sweaty.

Friendly staff, beautiful clean villa and very spacious. We absolutely loved our stay here. Communication went well for organising breakfast and tours/pick ups. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic villa with a private pool. The staff is incredibly helpful and simply lovely. They came each morning to prepare a delicious breakfast. The surrounding area was also great, with lots of cool cafes, restaurants and massage spots. 10/10, would come back.

My (and my family) recent stay at Villa Kami Ubud was an absolute delight. Tucked away in the heart of Bali's Ubud, this villa is a serene sanctuary. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by its traditional Balinese charm and impeccable service. The villa is a masterpiece of comfort and elegance. The spacious rooms and tasteful decor create an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation. The staff's warm hospitality made me feel truly pampered throughout my stay, catering to my every need with genuine care. The breakfast experience at Villa Kami was exceptional, with delicious meals crafted from fresh, local ingredients. Surrounded by lush greenery and swimming pool, the villa offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. In summary, Villa Kami Ubud exceeded all my expectations. Ps. A slice of heaven in the quaint area of Ubud. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. Every morning at a time that we requested, we received a lovely breakfast from Made. The service was outstanding and our villa was cleaned daily. Our luggage was transported via scooter which for us is very authentic. My parents were also transferred on a scooter to the Villa. It was quite exciting for them as this was their first time in Ubud.

The villa was incredibly spacious with a beautiful pool and garden. Very clean, quiet and serene. The staff were. Very helpful and friendly. Wayan was a great driver and guide. We enjoyed chatting with him and learning more about Balinese culture as we visited various places. Don’t miss Whole Egg, the little cafe a few doors down which had lovely fresh food.

A low doorways to bathrooms. At night it was easy to hit a head.

Villa located in a quite place, near rice fields. Villa has big bedrooms with comfy beds. And bathrooms are really huge! Breakfasts were really tasty. Host was very friendly, he met us, helped us with our luggage. He answered our questions quickly and helped us to get to the airport. Thank you for our comfortable holiday.

There wasn't much I didn't like about the villa. Everything was clean and tidy. There is a little walk or scooter ride to the villa. because it was off the main road it made it quite though. So, we were happy.

All the staff were very helpful and eager to help with questions or tours. We were pleasantly surprised when we thought we would have a quick swim before breakfast when they gave us breakfast in the pool.

Really hard to think of anything - others have said the road being for bikes only was a drawback but I saw it as a positive.

The villa is outstanding and the staff and level of service are equally amazing. The place is huge, very well equipped and has a great pool and garden area. We went there as a couple but it would be incredible for 2 couples too as there are 2 huge equally-sized and equipped bedrooms which is quite rare. The pictures simply don't do justice to how good / big the place is (we moved to a 25sqm villa in Uluwatu afterwards and the bathroom alone in Villa Kami feels bigger than our current vila). The staff are outstanding and I have never had this quality of service before in a villa. They bring your cases to the villa, prepare delicious, fresh breakfast on the spot every day and clean the place THOROUGHLY (at least 2 hours a day). I highly recommend getting Wayan as a driver for at least 1 day - he was great in telling us all about the places we visited, the area and Bali / Indonesia as a whole. We had other drivers too and he was by far the BEST (not even close). The villa is in a really nice, trendy area just outside Ubud City centre. The villa doesn't have car access and you need to walk 6-7min from the main road but it's not a problem for luggage as staff take it for you with a scooter. I found this quite nice as it was easy to walk in the immediate neighbourhood and it had everything you would need within in walk - plenty of restaurants (Alchemy and Kemulan were favourites), cafes, bars, several shops, massage places and laundry services. Ubud can be hard to walk around if you are anywhere near main roads (as we found out the hard way when we stayed at a different place in Ubud), but didn't have that problem at Villa Kami as everything we could need was in the immediate neighbourhood (only thing missing there was a cash point). Going into Ubud city centre is 5min by taxi from the main road or 6-7min by scooter from the villa itself.

Didn't quite realise that the rooms were connected via an outside stairs (I thought the stairs were inside..) which just meant we couldn't have the kids sleeping by themselves in one room (but totally our fault).

Great little place. Good sized rooms. Gorgeous views from the upstairs bedroom. Lovely deep pool. Great food places down the alleyway that the villa is down. Especially recommend the Mexican place La Luv. Used Wayan to do a day trip to the rice terraces and waterfalls and he was great looking after our two little ones at different points in the day as well as getting some great family photos for us. Breakfast was delicious every morning and such a treat to have it delivered every morning.

This villa surpassed all expectations, the pictures really don’t do it justice. it is HUGE, the bedrooms are beautiful, the outdoor area is paradise and we felt like we were living in absolute luxury for the time we were there. Wayun is the most incredible and helpful host, nothing was too much trouble and they even delivered the most amazing breakfast to the Villa each morning. Thank you also to Made who went above and beyond to help collect our laundry nearby when we were out for the day and for helping with our luggage and everything else. Each member of staff we met was so friendly, happy and helpful. This is by far the best place I have ever stayed in, and the value is beyond belief. Book it for the most perfect Bali stay, you really won’t regret it!

Wayan the Villa manager picked us up from our last hotel location and brought us to a warung where we were greeted and given a delicious welcoming drink. Our luggage and ourselves were taken to the villa on scooters a couple of minutes from the warung. My kids loved this being their first time on a scooter. The Villa was so spacious the bathrooms are huge and everything was so clean. There is a small pool that was refreshing after a day out and awesome view from the room upstairs of the rice fields. The breakfast was always fresh and delicious and able to select what time we wanted in the morning. There is some great restaurants 5 min walking distance from the villa.

We had the most amazing stay at this villa. So many beautiful Balinese touches, and the pool/garden areas were peaceful and tropical. The views from the upstairs balcony were incredible at sunrise! Even the walk down the narrow paths to the villa was filled with beautiful surroundings! Wayan was the most amazing host and by far the friendliest and most helpful guide we have met on our travels. He was accommodating and provided us with the perfect ubud tour day. We are certain our experience in Ubud wouldn’t have been the same without Wayan. Breakfast was lovely and was prepared and cooked every morning in the villas outdoor kitchen by lovely staff. The villa was cleaned every day when we went out to explore. We felt we had the perfect level of privacy and assistance when needed. Couldn’t recommend booking this place any more!

The beds weren't very comfortable. Very limited kitchen utensils. Ground coffee but no device to make coffee with. Felt a bit like you were encroaching on someone else's house, rather than paying for its use (which of course you are).

The villa is as in the photos, large with beautifully maintained gardens. Pool was lovely and a nice size for the 4 of us to cool off. We enjoyed the large couch that could fit all 3 of us comfortably, not easy to find in many villas in Ubud.

Beautiful villa in a quiet part of Ubud. I loved the sleeping room with view at the rice paddy. Service of the staff was great. Not the cheapest place to stay in Ubud, but definitely worthwile. I would stay here again.
