Wow wow what a stunning place 4 adults & 4 children stayed Age of children 11yrs 11yrs 8yrs 5yrs All rooms en suite so adults had there own privacy king size beds in 2 rooms & 2 x singles in other 2 rooms Pool big enough for swim & volleyball bring a rope for water volleyball Brilliant bbq area Plenty of sunbeds with cushions Massive outside four poster bed out of the sun to relax on Brilliant wi fi Everything you need in kitchen plus added bonus a big water bottle to keep.you hydrated Putra Adnyana what a chef & person 😍 cooked our breakfast everyday & anything you asked for wasn't a problem from eggs .omelette. bacon .pancakes. fruit ..waffles & cooked freshly 😋 Beach towels supplied also 👌

Can’t fault anything.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom OLIVE villa- was the most fabulous experience from start to finish. Hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed. Was perfect for our first trip to Bali- very central and within walking distance of shops and beach. The staff were friendly and attentive, breakfast was amazing everyday. Will be dreaming about this villa for months to come- can’t wait to rebook with Villa Bugis.

Would not change a thing

Awesome property. Great to come back to after a day of activities. The breakfasts were cooked at the Villa with a daily variety of fresh fruits and a big choice of breakfast dishes to choose from. Anything we needed they would do their best to get hold of. Drivers available to take us around the island. The pool was perfect. Just an all round awesome experience and would highly recommend. Hope to get back there soon.

I did like the outdoor bathrooms, however I would prefer just the shower to be outdoors and not the whole bathroom. This is just a personal preference, and didn't affect our stay.

The pool and garden area was large and well maintained. It definitely felt like you were in your own Oasis. The staff were friendly and provided all we needed. They even organized a birthday cake for one of our family members which was nice. Breakfast being cooked for you was good, and no one left hungry The bedrooms were large enough and beds were comfortable. Overall there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space, the kids were happy, the adults were happy, so it all went really well. The large pool was definitely a hit. We Definitely had enough space for two families of 4 to feel not too packed in.

We liked the swimming pool area and the service provided by the staff. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The villa is located in a good spot and easy to walk to shopping and Bintang Supermarket and the beach.

It was so spacious and tranquil - felt like Paradise so close to the hustle and bustle of Seminyak.

The property was amazing - just as good as the photos (perhaps even better). It was spacious and clean and the staff were wonderful.

Inconsistent shower water pressure. Open concept toilet wasn't a thing with my family. I kinda like it though. The alley to the villa entrance is super narrow. And our van full of luggages had difficulty driving in. We walked out to main road to get to our van the remainder of our stay. 10minutes walk.

Big Santi villa with 4 individual rooms. And pool in the middle. Breakfast made to cook in the morning. Lovely. Clean beds and turned down every evening with mosquito coils burning thru the night. Clean pool and jacuzzi. Friendly and helpful staff. Upmarket Bintang mart is nearby for groceries. Self cooked steaks and fried noodles for family dinner. Superb.

everything! location was great, close walk to Bintang plaza, about 15 min walk to beach. We stayed in Villa Cemara and I cannot fault anything. Fantastic value for money, staff were lovely, breakfast made at villa every morning. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. We will definitely be returning

The property is a bit dirty, floor was sticky and oily. Overall not cleaned well even from our first day when we check in

It is very interior so accessible to near by shops very difficult we need to always relay on taxi

Lack of privacy, staff walks in and out without permission for random tasks. The property is not very clean, very obvious that the staff do not clean the property as expected of typical hotels. As such, the floor is dirty, counter top dusty and very sticky as it was not wiped or cleaned properly.

Hotel did not honour the promise to permit re-scheduling as published by Booking.com. Despite giving one week notice, the hotel did not allow us to re-schedule. The trust is totally absent! Very disappointing!

We were told we had access to the buggy however never told that it would be an extra cost and we’re caught unaware one night when we have booked the buggy and after being dropped off we’re asked to pay 200k for our transport into town which would usually cost 66K.
