Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaStayed here 4 times post Covid, and have given them the benefit of the doubt re cleaning/ maintenance of rooms, but I think it’s time to speak. I don’t mind if things are old, and am happy to stay in cheap local accommodations, however, I think it’s time Yulias had a serious clean up. The bathrooms especially always seem to have bits of tissue and plastic lingering around on the floor from past guests. The shower screens and sinks haven’t seen a lick of jiff ( do they have jiff?) for years. Balcony and stairs could do with a good scrub. It’s letting the property down
Handy location for friends nearby, airport and dining options. Reception area and staff are excellent. Gardens are very nicely maintained, Yulias kitchen is handy if you don’t feel like going out to eat.

AustraliaThe room is very basic and small. For me alone is was OK but would be squishy if hubby came along. To flush my toilet I had to take to top of the cistern off as the button didnt work. The shower class was pretty soap stained. But for the price it was ok for anight.
This is a perfect location in the heart of the shopping precinct. being attached to Yulias Restaurant is a bonus as they do make an amazing Nasi and Iced coffee. The staff were so helpful and lovely.

AustraliaPool towels would be nice. Room was located right by the free parking facility so can be noisy early in the morning when guests and staff arrive/leave. Local dogs barking late at night and very early hours of the morning can be bothersome. Wear ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.
Location to the beach and shops. Small hotel so not too many guests. Pool not too busy and always enough sun-loungers available.

AustraliaBack for a 10-night stay at one of our favourite locations in Bali. Friendly welcome and great service throughout our stay. It's still our little oasis away from the bedlam of the traffic and shop/stall holders in Kuta. My wife enjoyed the relative privacy of the pool with most other guests enjoying the attractions during the day. I headed to mt favourite spa for some pampering. 3* rated hotel but much better than 3*. Looking forward to our next vacation.
