The dirt road to the place was so dark, bumpy, unsafe! They need to fix that asap and add lights! The food in the restaurant was disgusting.

Only thing i wish to feedback is the pillow which is too soft and not comfortable to sleep with.

Overall staying experience is good, staff are nice ,friendly and helpful (just little bit problem on communication because not all the staff able to speak well in English) Love the location of Villa , is quiet and surrounded by green!

The English on commutative level could be a little bit better. But everything was great, just the price was a little bit high for the standard.

Unique location with beautiful view, clean and people are welcoming. And free transfer from and to hotel was perfect since the road to hotel is not yet done. Breakfast was also really nice.

We had couple of issues and they were the breakfast buffet didnt have many options and wished the menu could change a bit. The other issue was the Wifi connection was terrible. Hopefully it get fixed for next residents.

The road leading to villas is really REALLY bad. We ended up ordering the taxi to the nearest "ok" spot and walking there not to cause any trouble.

Location outside of Ubud - that gives you the unique remote feeling, separated from the hustle of the village. Amazing cappuccinos for breakfast!

Our room was above the reception. We weren’t aware that was the situation before we booked. While the room was gorgeous, clean and tidy, it doesn’t feel as luxurious to be sat above reception. As we travelled with children, it also increased security concerns/worries. Had we known, we would have booked a different villa. Limited hot water.

Spacious. Beds were super comfy. Views were gorgeous. Breakfast was individually catered for. Very relaxing stay.

The food at the restaurant is average, this includes breakfast and dinners. It lacks finesse and if you take the rooms then there is a mismatch. I would suggest they invest in a proper chef to uplift the level of meals. The villa and rooms were stunning but it is short on necessities like adequate cutlery, plates, crockery, pots, etc. Toaster, kettle = dated. It needs some investment here by the owners as this falls short of expected standards. The other downside is that it sits a bit outside Ubud village, just a couple of Kms. However, with the insane traffic there it can take a few hours to do dinner and return transfer to the hotel. So this a problem. We then resorted to ordering-in, as the restaurant food at the hotel was not up to scratch.

The villa is stunning and loved it and the private pool. The location is great as it is quiet and serene.

the villa was understaffed. though the staff was always willing to help, they were not available throughout the day, room service was poor. house keeping was below satisfactory.

The communication with the stuff was a bit problematic. We did reserved the biggest Villa however it was not what we expected for this price. We were just next to the reception and everyone could hear us and who was passing from reception to the Villa could see us and our pool.

Breakfast could be better and room service could be offered. Although the staff are very friendly and nice they are a little young and inexperienced. And attention to details is a little off.

While the location is a little off the main road, the settling and views are just spectacular. If you want something that is a completely different experience then this is for you. Yes you have to catch a taxi to the main part of town however it is worth it. Pool is amazing and a good size.

we informed Zenubud that we were coming for our honeymoon and we were offered decoration and cake. but we never received this and when asked we were told they would do it the next day. we never received this. after a few days we didn’t have robes

Front desk staff at the time of check in was extremely rude, arrogant and non cooperative. The number of steps and stair cases is very high and not suitable for elders.There are no handrails anywhere this is very dangerous during monsoon .During our stay three of our members fell down from steps. All passages and common areas and stairways have very deem light. The hot water geysers have very little capacity and there is not enough hot water. water tub kept in our Mezzanine A was not of any use as no hot water was available. There is no covered dining hall or restaurant in the property,large families can’t eat and seat together. If all above shortcomings are taken care of,it will be a very good place.

breakfast was so bad we couldn't eat. one night we called the desk and one guy answer he can't speak English and we couldn't tell our problem cuz he can't understand anything. and we went the desk for talk face to face he still didn't understand us. It was weird:( He was alone there was no one in the hotel. It's mean big security problem.

The breakfast need more varieties, the villa with the infinity pool have too many insects couz the doors have opening it wasnt very comfortable to sleep while the gekos and the other insects were in the room

Getting to the villa was quite a ride; the distance to Ubud centre was ok, but at the last stretch the road becomes a narrow dirt road and the car ride gets very bumpy.

Beautiful, serene surroundings, lovely room with your own private stairs from the bathroom to the pool on the lower floor so you can go straight from pool to shower.
